Xanadu D3 is a 2-bedroom 2 full bath newly renovated large villa at the best Location on Hilton Head! Easy access no steps to this 1st floor villa, and step out onto the balcony which overlooks the resort pool. .This villa features ceramic tiled floors throughout; comfortable dining seating, and a nice white bright kitchen. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower/tub and plenty of space for the family. This will certainly make mornings and bedtimes much less hectic. It also makes the unit suited for 2 couples or a family of 6..

Along with a king-size bed and a flat-screen TV, the master suite includes a desk for work at home including free fast secure internet. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with 2 queen be3ds and a smart TV.
The villa has an open floor plan and includes a table for 6. The villa is fully furnished with appliances, cookware, tableware, ample counter space, and generous storage: The kitchen has it all. The coin laundry room is steps away in the hall. Xanadu has a pool surrounded by chaises where you can hang out in addition to the beach.: Bring your tennis racket too, as the complex has 2 courts. For your convenience, there’s also a gated parking area; when you stay at Xanadu you will be allotted 2 parking passes..

Oceanside Properties is located on Hilton Head Island. Guest services are just a call away and you can contact us 24/7 with any questions or concerns.

The Villa is conveniently located at the S. Forest Beah area. You can leave your car in the lot for most of your stay. Xanadu Villas’ beach access lets you stroll or ride your bikes to the beach in just 3-5 minutes. Bike rentals are easily available and can be delivered. Head out early in the morning to watch the sunrise over the Atlantic or ride your bikes for miles on the beach or on Hilton Heads 50+ miles of biking trails. Also, Xanadu is within walking distance to numerous shops, restaurants, and the new Celebration Park and Coligny Square.

Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.

Cancellations of reservations more than 30 days before arrival are fully refunded. Cancellations of reservations between 14-30 days before arrival are refunded 50%. Cancellations of reservations less than 14 days before arrival are non- refundable.

Deposit Policy

One-half of the charge is collected to confirm your reservation. The balance will be processed 30 days before your arrival date.

We had a great stay. The condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The beds and couch were very comfortable. The condo is located on the bottom floor facing the pool. The beach is only minutes away. Great location.
Very good communication with the rental company and getting our car passes. A nice place to stay. We will be back. Thank you!

It was a great stay for our family vaca. The common space was very large as well as the bedrooms. The sofa was new and comfortable and much nicer than the pix in the post. Was the perfect spot in the condo for game night. Very good communication from the the rental company as well. Unfortunately, we had to kill 2 small roaches in the kitchen. We reported it immediately and the rental company was responsive. Overall very nice place and super close to the beach. Thanks!

Responded quickly and accommodating to requests we had. Unit was on the bottom floor facing the pool. Laundry area convenient. Trash drop off next to unit. A little loud when they pick up trash about 7 AM. And did scatter a little bit of trash on the floor going out the building. But when contacted it was cleaned up. We did not use it but Had beach equipment. Well stocked kitchen dishes. Good starter kit for Bathroom and kitchen.

The Airbnb was very clean when we arrived, check-in and getting car passes was a very simple process due to the clear instructions from the host. It is also located near a pedestrian entrance to the beach and a rental spot for umbrellas, bikes, and other beach needs.

The space had easy access to the pool, super close to the beach. The issue we had was with the host company. We got a message as part of our check in information that maintenance would be coming. They were there from 7-10pm. When I called at 8pm to ask if there were options for us (we have children who had traveled all day and needed to go to bed), the woman was rude and dismissive. She later texted with an attempt at an apology but blamed the maintenance company (they were great). The next day they were there the full day. I again reached out to the company and in her response she said "you were out all day" as if to say it didn't matter that our rented space was compromised by maintenance. We did check at lunch and they were there so we stayed out. She gave us a giftcard to a restaurant for the trouble, and I understand that things break. My problem was how dismissive she was of our difficulties due to the issue, and her attitude. I won't ever stay with this company again.

I am sorry there was a plumbing problem when you arrived at the villa. We had contacted you before you arrived and let you know. We did not know the extent of the problem as our property inspector discovered the toilet in one of the 2 bathrooms in the unit was leaking at 3 PM in the afternoon on Friday. I contacted the maintenance company and they arrived there at 5:30. They first thought they had to replace the wax ring on the toilet. They had to leave the island and go to Home Depot to get one. I was in contact with the owner of the company who told me her 1 contractor had to wait for help because he could not lift the toilet. I received a message from our after-hours phone center at 7:52 that Meghan Broz had reported the toilet was unfixable. I called the maintenance company and was told they were still there working. I called Meghan and was not rude. I asked her what was going on with the toilet and why did she think it was not fixable as maintenance was still working on it. A man in the background was saying the toilet was not broken. I apologized and told her this was beyond our control and was discovered late in the day on a Friday. She wanted to know how she would be compensated. I told her she would be compensated but I first wanted to see the extent of her inconvenience. At 9 PM the maintenance co informed me that they reset the toilet, but it still would not flush, and they would come back on Saturday morning. They notified the guest. They came back on Saturday, and I was in contact with them during the day. I was notified it was a problem with a backup of the sewer line outside the building which is an HOA management issue. Maintenance went and got a wet vac to clear the line enough so the guests could use this bathroom. When the guests returned at 3 the owner of the company was there cleaning the bathroom and getting ready to leave. I notified the guest I would give them either $100 off of their first night stay or a $100 gift card to a restaurant of their choice. The guest notified she would take the $100 gift card and thanked me. I purchased the card online and sent to her within 5 minutes. I do not understand how this was dismissive on my part. I never said "you were out all day". I said the owner of the maintenance company told me you were not there during the day when they were working" Again I apologized and told you the building was older, and the problem was in the sewer line that they cleared enough so you could use this bathroom for your stay. Our maintenance company was able to correct the plumbing issue in less than 24 hours and you were compensated for your inconvenience. On Monday when the HOA management company was back in their office, they reported other units on the first floor of the building had backed up sewers and a plumbing company was coming to the complex to clear the sewer lines outside the building. Our LSI office staff notified you of the problem before you arrived, and we did everything we could do to correct the problem within 24 hours of your arrival. The villa has 2 bathrooms, and the other bathroom was accessible during this 24-hour period while the other toilet was being repaired. This review is not a fair representation of our service and response to maintenance issues. We work hard to respond, correct and compensate our guests when there is an issue in one of our villas.

This condo was an absolute gem for our girls trip. There was plenty of space for us all and we really enjoyed our stay. The beach was just a short walk away and there is a convenient neighborhood beach access right across the street. It was very close to lots of shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores. We can’t wait to come back next year!

The rental could use a refresh as it feels and smells old. Building and unit smell like they were heavily smoked in at some point in its history, so there is a baked in smell. The unit was mostly clean. Unfortunately we found multiple cockroaches in the kitchen which was pretty gross. We didn't use the kitchen for food, so we got past it, but never great to see. The building has pretty thin walls, so you hear everything at all hours.

We did like the convenience of the location. It was very close to Coligny which was great.

This is not the experience that we want you to have, and that's why we are encouraging all our guests to inform us if they think something is not right in the unit to make sure that they enjoy the unit and experience! This unit is treated every month to make sure we don't have roaches in the unit. I think what you saw are palmetto bugs, and about the smell, it's our first time having this kind of issue in this unit. We did inspect this unit before you entered, and there's no report that it has a smell.

Really good location and so much more space than I originally thought. The pool was very close and clean. However, we arrived at night and it was difficult to find the location with our parking pass and it took a couple tries to find our codo. That is in part due to the rain and how dark it was when we arrived. Overall this was a great stay!

The beach was pleasantly closer than expected. Great location walking/biking, distance to all the hang outs. Condo was spacious and clean. Decently remodeled. could use more variety of pillow softness, unless you like firm.

Check in and out was convenient with a code pad. And a big bonus at this location is a bike rentals are one building over.

The condo is in the most popular places. We had breakfast at Skillets, which was great! We had 1 full day in Hilton Head due to a death in the family. The condo was beautifully decorated and spacious. The location was steps from the pool. Most of the places had quite a walk to the beach. We ride bikes, so our only day consisted of 30 miles of riding, which was great!

The condo was nice and as expected. We had a small issue with the parking situation. We were promised three passes and confirmed right before travel. When we got there to pick up the passes, they only gave us two and the lady working in the office (not LSI) was very rude to us. Luckily, the people at LSI got back to us very quickly and came up with a solution.

This was a great place to stay for the price. It was within walking distance to the beach and restaurants, close to bike rental shops so you could ride to grocery stores as they were a bit further away. Overall good value for a cheap place to stay relative to other options on the island.

Ideal Location!
We loved our 10 day stay at this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit in this wonderful complex. This condo is thoughtfully equipped with everything you could reasonably want/need. It's a beautiful setting with many mature trees, flowering shrubs, water features, tennis courts with pickleball lines, and pool. The beach and bike/walking paths are a short walk away. Remember to pack quarters to use the washer and dryer on each floor of the building.
