Tennis Villa F14 - Beach and Pool Toggle favorite

Everything was extremely nice and clean exactly as the description. The location was perfect . The pool was very nice and not crowded at all. There were no problems at all and the host was very responsive. We left something that we needed to go back and pick up and it wasn’t an issue at all. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place .

Loved the resort we stayed at! Had many activities going on during the week and it was very welcoming. There is a bit of a walk from the building but it was refreshing. There is also no elevator that goes up to the second floor so just be mindful when booking if you have handicapped vacationers! Overall, it was a nice stay and we enjoyed ourselves.

A great place to relax. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The tennis court is well lit. In the kitchen you can find everything you need to prepare your own food. Thank you for your comfortable conditions.

Great stay!

The Airbnb was very close to the beach and the pool. The kids loved going to the park, and everything was within walking distance. It was a little difficult getting things up the stairs.

Just as advertised. The unit is spacious and updated. Beach chairs available and just steps from pool, beach, and sports bar! Great week long stay!!

Loved the location! The condo was clean and beautiful. It was larger then I anticipated. Great location for a family with children! Easy to walk to the park on that was site, and just a couple minute walk to the beach! Host was very friendly and responsive!

I loved this place!

We really enjoyed the space. it was close to our excursions and easy to get in and out of. mattresses were very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped. the only downside was the noise. people were partying right outside our window each night so rest was hard fought to obtain. otherwise it was great.

I was overly satisfied with the condo, location and process of check-in and check-out. The only thing I will advise to those looking to reserve this listing is that it is on the second story with no elevator. It most likely will not be a good fit for those of limited mobility.

We were very happy with our stay! It’s convenient to the beach, pool and playground. The perfect place to stay if you have kids.

Loved the location, the villa was very clean and tidy. Would definitely stay there again.

Check in and check out was very simple. Response to messages was very prompt. This is an older unit that has some kitchen updates, but needs some updates to furniture and mattresses. Every mattress is very firm and uncomfortable. Couch had recliners on each end that were difficult to close and we decided to not use for the rest of the weekend. Overall resort is nice! Loved the quick beach access. Pool area with beach restaurant and bar is very nice.

Beautiful 2 bedroom condo! It was very clean and just as described. Hosts were very quick to respond to multiple last minute questions/concerns which I really appreciated. Close to the beach and perfect space for 2 adults, 2 kids. I absolutely recommend and look forward to coming back here again!

A great place for a family fun vacation.

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. The unit is spacious and was very comfortable for our family of five. The unit had all the supplies and amenities needed. The beds in the main and guest room are listed as queen in the listing, but they feel smaller. I did not feel the unit was as clean as it could have been. I opened the drawer under the stove to find dried food from previous guests. It was also quite dirty under the couch—enough that it didn’t seem it had been vacuumed in quite some time.

Room was clean and it was close to the tennis courts, park and a short walk to the pool. Great place for a family vacation!

The suite and location were great!

It was an overall great place to stay. Highly advise for any family of 3/4. Comfortable and very clean. We will definitely consider this place on our next visit to Hilton Head.

The unit that we stayed in could not have been any cleaner; there was not one strand of hair nor speck of dust.
The conference center/lobby check-in building that you will see when you first drive into the resort has two restaurants that are open later in the day; but, there is no little commissary. So, if you are going to want some coffee, milk, etc. in the morning, bring your own.
It really is only a 5 minute walk to the beach!

Aside from a miscommunication between the host and the resort, we had a great stay. Well equipped condo in a really good location for three adults and two kids under 5.

We had a great time. There were 4 of us for just two nights. For that kind of a stay, it was nearly perfect. Great location within an easy walk to the beach and a really nice pool. The unit was well equipped and clean. Our only complaints were that the ice maker didn't work and the fan in the 2nd bedroom made an annoying clicking noise. If we had been staying for a week, these would've been bigger deals but only minor annoyances for a weekend stay.

The check-in process could be better explained in the listing. First, we went to the gatehouse as instructed only to be told to return to the convention center for guest check-in because it was before 10PM. My son arrived after 10PM and went to the gatehouse because we told him that was what they told us to do if we arrived late. Nevertheless, they still directed him back to the convention center to check in. Then, Building F is a little hard to find, especially in the dark. There are no markings or signs telling you which building is which. We had to figure it out from the map they gave us at check-in. None of this was a big deal, just an annoying way to start the weekend.

The unit is a little small so make sure you really like the others that you're traveling with. The 2nd bathroom is tiny - I mean like only slightly bigger than airplane bathroom size. Still, no problem for a short stay. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed which makes the room very cramped. The double bed is up against the wall. The room would be more useful with just one double or maybe queen sized bed.

The kitchen was well appointed and clean. We didn't make much use of it but everything you'd expect in a unity like this was there (except the previously mentioned ice maker in the fridge).

Communicative, friendly, and accommodating. The condo is a great size and close to the tennis courts!

Nice kitchen and floors as well as a clean villa. Close to beach. Beach chairs provided as well as a small umbrella. We didn't need all of the pans etc for cooking, but they are available. Coffee maker in the kitchen - Thank You!!

Condo was clean and comfortable and cute. Exactly as described. Location was an easy walk to beach, laundry and workout facility. It was a very pleasant stay and easily fit the 5 in my party.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was perfect! A short walk to the pool/beach and tons of great shopping and restaurants about a 5-10 min drive away. The place itself was very clean and offered plenty of space. The kitchen was stocked with pretty much anything you would need to cook. We especially liked the beach accessories that were available to us (beach chairs, umbrella, etc). We would highly recommend staying here and hope to come back soon!

All imma say is if u don’t stay here you’re missing out. We had an absolutely amazing time and we’ll definitely be back. We got lucky but not lucky enough as our room was only available for four days. We wanted seven.....

Awesome location super fun trip. Beach bar and grill is really delicious and lots of nice people. Condo was very clean and nice and spacious. All in all 10/10 trip
