Easy walk or bike ride to the beach on the paved path that brings you out at the Marriott Resort Loggerhead Beach Bar and Cafe. Beach wagon and chairs supplied for your convenience. Hilton Head Island has over 50 miles of bike and hiking trails for your enjoyment. Hilton Head Island is a golfer's paradise with golf courses to pick from across the island. Treetops is located just outside the gate of Sea Pines and is the perfect destination for the Heritage Golf Tournament in April.
No parking fees at Treetops. Maximum 2 Parking Passes issued and will be picked up at IMC Resort Office.

Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of reservations more than 30 days before arrival are fully refunded. Cancellations of reservations between 14-30 days before arrival are refunded 50%. Cancellations of reservations less than 14 days before arrival are non- refundable.
Deposit Policy
One-half of the charge is collected to confirm your reservation. The balance will be processed 30 days before your arrival date.

This was our first time on HHI so we did not know what to expect. The location was perfect. The beach access was a short walk. The condo was clean and in a quiet setting. The trip exceeded our expectations for a perfect vacation.
