Local guides, maps, etc are hidden in a kitchen drawer - once found they are very useful !!
Note: there is no welcome pack - you need to bring all food, etc. for your first evening/ morning.

We came for a writing retreat and it was just what we needed! Everything was clean. It had a great table to work. The kitchen amenities allowed for us to make meals and beverages. There were also beach/pool items that were super helpful. So glad we stayed here!

This Airbnb was perfect for our family (me, my husband and a toddler). The place is very modern, updated and clean. It has all of the basics you would need plus some extras like a beach wagon and beach/pool toys (these were a hit with my kid). The place is right across the parking lot from the pool and depending on time of day, sometimes we had the pool to ourselves. It is probably a 5 minute bike ride to the beach which was amazing. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a nice vacation rental. We had 5 adults, so it was a little tight at times. Otherwise it was great. Appreciated the use of beach chair!!

One of the nicest kitchens I’ve used at a rental. There were so many kitchen supplies for cooking and baking it was great. Everything was clean and I appreciated having the company that manages it available for a quick reply during the day.

We enjoyed the area a lot! Very quiet and private. Nice view out the back. The kitchen was great and well stocked. Nicely decorated. Two issues...... the washing machine was so loud and did not work well and when informed LSI, they said the owner knew. It also would be nice to have a few garbage bags extra!! You don't want people to just throw everything in the large garbage!

LSI Vacation Rentals are great hosts and property managers. Easy to communicate with about any
questions or concerns. Chris went above and beyond responding on a Sunday to a concern we had with the washing machine. We absolutely loved our stay!

Great place to stay in HHI! The condo was very clean and spacious ... you can see the golf course from the back porch. The neighborhood was full of folks riding bikes and/or walking dogs .. all were very friendly. The condo is close to nice restaurants and shopping. The beach was a nice 10 min walk. I will definitely stay here again!

Great place! Great location! Just a short walk to the beach and quick access to the miles of bike trails. Condo was clean with lots of “extra touches”! I would recommend it to anyone visiting Hilton Head.

Had an amazing time. Condo was perfect. Well maintained and had all the amenities we needed. Located towards the back so no traffic and next to pool. Quiet and convenient. Washer/dryer was convenient and rooms were comfortable. Beautiful kitchen and easy access for us attending wedding almost exactly across the street. Looking forward to coming back again. Had a lovely stay! The place is well appointed and some of the previous reviews’ critiques appear to have been dealt with. For example, the dryer appears to be new, and we found the place to be quite clean when we arrived. Communication with the hosts was great and very responsive. Appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella for use on the beach. Thanks for a great holiday!

Beautifully furnished. Great location, especially using the parking pass to park down near the beach. Also, great to be across the parking lot from the pool. Very comfortable beds and seating. Bring a sharp knife.

Beautiful place. Neat and tidy. Beds are very comfortable. Location was perfect for our group. The kitchen appeared to be well stocked, but we did not cook anything during our stay. As with many rentals you will want to bring extra paper products and some ice also. (Ice machine in fridge did not work and we did not see any ice trays to make ice.) Lots of storage space in the fridge and freezer though!! There is a full size coffee pot and a Keurig for your coffee pods. Easy walk to the beach. There is a wagon, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and sand toys for the little ones. There are also some board games available. There is a pool area right out the front door also. Two bedrooms and each has it's own bathroom, plus there is a half bath off from the kitchen area too. Nice back deck area leading out to the bike path and overlooking the golf course. There were 2 gas grills and an extra propane tank if needed.

It was a very comfortable place for our family. The location is nice for bike riding and access to the beach. There are chairs, a wagon and toys for the beach which is nice to know ahead of time.

This is a beautiful, clean, updated townhouse about a 15 minute walk to the beach, or a quick drive to the beach parking entrance. The kitchen is very well stocked, all the furniture was clean and updated, and the unit was having a new dryer put in the week following our visit! The interior doors were squeaky (causing a couple middle of the night wake ups) but some WD-40 would help significantly. The pool was a nice size and conveniently located right outside the front door. We would definitely stay in this unit if we vacation in Hilton Head again!

We enjoyed our stay. The pool was super close and had wonderful trees surrounding it. The beach was about 1/3 of a mile walk. The Condo had everything we needed to be at home. We had a few issues at the start of the week but management was responsive and took care of it for us.

Overall, this is a very nice condo and we would stay here again if the issues below are addressed. There are a lot of positives. The location is great and it has been updated. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to cook. Very nice to have a pass to park at the beach so it is only a short haul to the beach. The beach cart provided was very useful. Even though we had one of our own, the second cart made it easy to take all of our stuff. We especially liked having both a couch and love seat so the three adults could find a comfortable place to sit. Most condos we've seen don't provide this.
The only reason that I didn't rate this a 5 were three issues. First, the floors were extremely dirty when we checked. After just a few minutes of walking around barefoot or in socks, the bottoms of our feet were black. I contacted the rental agent and someone came the next morning and mopped the floors. it made no difference. We were then told that they had to contact the owners to get approval to do a steam cleaning which the floors desperately needed. Second, the clothes dryer is very old - rust on the top was a clue. After being in the dryer for 1 1/2 hours clothes would still be damp. And third, the shower in the master bedroom was very slippery to the point of being afraid to move while in the shower. It got a little better as the week went on, so we suspect that it was caused by something they used to clean it.

We rented this property for the bridesmaids to stay the weekend of my wedding at the Sonesta and what a beautiful weekend it was! This is one of the first Airbnb’s I have stayed in that was actually nicer than the photos. Perfect location right next to the pool and walking distance to the beach. Has been completely renovated recently it seems. Nice patio to hang out. Thank you for beautiful memories to last a lifetime. We would consider staying again.

The stay was absolutely perfect. The house was clean and nicely appointed. The amenities were accurate and well stocked. We were decently close (12 minute walk) from the beach but there was parking up closer to the beach access as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to the Greens in Shipyard. The property is as pictured and was very clean. They included a closet with beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a beach wagon. This was a nice extra! I also appreciated that the host was very quick to respond to any questions that I had both before and during our stay. It took us about 10 - 15 minutes to walk to the beach.

This condo was perfect! The entire neighborhood/development is absolutely beautiful. It's less than a one minute walk to the pool, which was amazing. The condo itself was very clean and well maintained. Communication was a breeze. We could not have been more pleased with our experience. YOU WILL NOT REGRET STAYING HERE!

This is an amazing villa. So beautiful- the kitchen was so bright & had everything you would need. The owners really thought of little details- Luggage racks, beach chairs, beach wagon, games for rainy days. The villa is right by the pool & it’s an easy walk to the beach. We had a great time!

Whether it’s a golf trip or family vacation this is the perfect spot. You’re a half mile from the beach (and chairs/umbrella come with the house) and you’re in the middle of the island so every golf course is 10-15 minutes away. The neighborhood is super clean and easy to get around, and the public pool that’s 30 ft from the front door is a huge bonus. Will absolutely be staying here again

The place is exactly as described! The kitchen is right when you walk in, spacious, and updated. A perfect gathering place if you’re traveling with family!! The bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs are pristine and a nice place to relax at the end of the day. The house is close to the golf club that has a restaurant and a short walk to a private beach access which was wonderful.

We are a family of four, and it was the perfect size. It was clean and updated and super easy to find through various map apps. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The condo provided a cart, four beach chairs and an umbrella that we could easily transport. We found lots of ice cream shops nearby, as well as some great local restaurants. Overall, a perfect experience!

The place was so chic and clean. I like the interior design, it seemed like the owner really put some time to decorate the property. It was also stocked with kitchen utensils. They have a 70-inch tv (I guess) and a bose speaker there. We definitely had a great family time! Also, the location is perfect! It has pools, big parks where you can play golf, etc, and a nearby beach access. Highly recommended!

It was great and exactly what we needed.

This may have been our best house rental ever. 1/2 mile to the beach. Biking great. House exactly as advertised. Being across the street from the pool was awesome. Back patio was quiet and nice and relaxing. Gas grill great. All new and nice kitchen supplies. Beach wagon and 4 chairs a real plus. Beds comfortable. Bike paths throughout. If we come back to HH, it will be here, hopefully. I think we were first renters.
