Stay within Shipyard Plantation ocean front resort in a 2 Bedroom 2.5 Bathroom Townhome with 2 master bedrooms and private baths overlooking the golf course, one of Hilton Head's premier gated communities. This roomy private end unit townhome has the space for your group to relax. It sleeps 6 with a king in the master bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom, and a pull out sofa on the first floor. There is a new king bed, queen bed, and new comfortable living room furniture. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and entertaining. There is a half bath on the first floor, a washer and dryer, and a private entrance with a courtyard. Enjoy some quiet time overlooking the golf course from the back patio. The back patio features a gas grill.
There are plenty of walking/jogging and riding paths throughout the resorts. If you are looking for a golf or tennis outing, look no further. Shipmaster has a private pool just a short walk away. The private beach entrance is an easy bike or car ride away. Shipyard is located in the best area of Hilton Head, close to restaurants, shopping at Coligny, new Celebration Park and South Forest Beach.
Bike paths are all over the island. Rentals are available and can range from bikes, kayaks, beach coolers, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, paddle boards, anything that is needed for the ideal vacation. You can also hop on the free Island Trolley to get around.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of reservations more than 30 days before arrival are fully refunded. Cancellations of reservations between 14-30 days before arrival are refunded 50%. Cancellations of reservations less than 14 days before arrival are non- refundable.
Deposit Policy
One-half of the charge is collected to confirm your reservation. The balance will be processed 30 days before your arrival date.

The place was immaculate, nice furniture, great bike and walking paths, could see the golf course from the backyard - otherwise the backyard seemed very private. The only changes I wouldn't mind - is a variety of pillows. Also, an easy to use map - showing how to walk to the beach would be helpful, as well as how close the grocery stores, liquor store, and bike rental we were located.

We had a wonderful experience at this townhome! It was clean and in a beautiful area. Lots of space. We golfed on the course it is on and a couple others on Hilton Head. Great stay and we will return.

The villa was perfect for my family of 4, we had family room and privacy room. Very clean and equipped with everything you need to be comfortable. Perfect location, loved having my coffee in the morning and sitting out in the evening on the patio.

The resort is great and the unit is well maintained in a good location. the parking pass gives access to beach parking, which was very convenient. I would recommend this place. property is nice for biking, walking, golfing.

We recently had the most fantastic stay at this incredible villa! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the exceptional comfort, thoughtful amenities, and the sheer attention to detail that made our vacation truly unforgettable.
Let's start with the beds—oh my goodness, they were a dream! Clean, comfortable, and luxuriously cozy, we slept like babies each night. It's such a delight to find accommodations that prioritize a good night's sleep.
The complex's pool was simply divine. We spent hours basking in the warm sunshine, taking refreshing dips, and lounging poolside with a drink in hand. The clean and well-maintained pool area provided the perfect escape from the summer heat, and we couldn't get enough of it.
One of the standout features of this villa was the meticulous organization. We were pleasantly surprised to find every drawer labeled, making it incredibly easy to locate everything!

Should let me know the passes are at the main gate. Need a bath mat because it is slippery when you get out of shower.
This may be the first place that I stayed that lived up to every single thing that they posted on their unit. It was super clean easy to access and local to everything I wanted to do while on Hilton Head. My only regret is that I couldn’t stay any longer.

This place is AWESOME! Very spacious! The whole complex is super nice. We were only ~3 minute drive from the beach. The complex provides its own beach access too, so finding a parking spot was not an issue! I noticed they had a shuttle service but not sure if it was available to people staying at this unit. The pictures do it no justice. It was very clean and nice on the inside. They even provided fans in both bedrooms. Check out is rather easy compared to some of the other procedures I’ve had to deal with! I 100% will stay here again.

Spacious, neat, clean townhouse sits in the middle of a beautiful gated golf resort. 4 minutes bike ride to private beach access. Sunrise on the beach is breathtaking! A lot of restaurants nearby the community. Definitely recommend it for family vacation.
