Seaside Villa 376 - Spectacular Ocean Views

We loved this condo so much! It was a nice place for hubby and I to become acquainted with Hilton Head Island! We loved being able to look off the balcony and see the waves coming onto the beach. Very important to us was the fact that it is a gated community with covered parking. It was perfect for us.

We stayed for a long weekend and truly enjoyed the beach view! It was nice being able to walk to restaurants and shops. The villa was clean and had what we needed. Bed was a bit soft for our liking but others may love it - personal preference! Would definitely stay again!

Seconds away from the beach!

Had an amazing stay at the Seaside Villas! Location was excellent, walkable private beach entrance (public beach), and close access to Coligny Plaza. We’re not bikers but it was also right near the cycling paths.

Apartment was spotless with modern decor and appliances, and a beautiful balcony view. Instructions were clear and message responses extremely prompt. Very quick and easy check out instructions as well.

One thing to note (NOT a negative) - no spices/condiments/whatever left by other guests, so if you’re driving and plan to cook, throw those in the car to save a few dollars at the store. No reason to though, I don’t think there’s a bad restaurant on the island.

We would absolutely return and stay with LSI at Seaside again.

We could not have been happier with the experience, location and stay. This is a gem. Steps away from a beautiful sunrise walk yet close to conveniences.

The place is nice and clean with a good view, walking distance to coligny shops and restaurants. We had trouble with getting into the unit when we arrived. We were not able to get in til around 8pm after multiple calls and messages and sitting in the hallway for about an hour. We were given a gate code missing numbers and from what they told us they gave us an old door code. The beach area was nice and the unit comfortable.

This Airbnb was a nice little place to stay for the 2 of us. Mary Ann was quick to respond to our emails. One little issue we had was the bathroom linens. There were plenty of towels and hand towels but only 2 washcloths for the whole week. I emailed Mary Ann and she was quick to get in touch with housekeeping to bring more. Again there were still only 2 washcloths in the new pack that was brought, but we made do. My only suggestion would be to provide enough washcloths for each person for each day of their stay. After being on the beach each day you can't use the same washcloth all week. Again Mary Ann was quick to get in touch with housekeeping, so maybe she should instruct them to provide adequate bath linens. Other than that, there was only one beach chair for the 2 of us but we made do, no big deal for us. Thanks again for a nice clean place to stay.

Great little condo in excellent location near everything you could need! Bed was comfy, A/C works great and lots of movie channels to watch on a rainy day. Bring your own spices and oil if u plan to cook. View of the ocean was nice!

This place was great! Very easy to work with hosts and they responded quickly. Ocean view with coffee on the balcony was nice every morning. Stones throw away to the beach and walkable to The Circle’s shops. Would rent again.

The place was amazing. Great view and location! Furnishings were very nice and of good quality. The listing was accurate with good photos. Check-in process was a breeze. Suggest bringing extra bath towels and wash cloths if more than two are staying in the unit. If you intend to do laundry during your stay, bring quarters. We highly recommend this unit and location. Our family of three had a wonderful time and look forward to returning to Hilton Head in the future.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Very convenient to the beach, comfortable bed, well stocked, and great air conditioning. While there was a small hiccup at the beginning with getting into the unit, we greatly appreciated the gesture from LSI of giving us a small discount to make up for it. In all it was a great stay, and the unit delivered exactly as promised.

Nice comfortable room with a side view of the ocean from the porch. The room had chairs for the beach and an umbrella so no additional expense was needed for these which was great. The kitchen was fully equipped and shopping for food to stock it was close by. The beach was a short walk and there were convenient showers to wash off the sand at the end of the day. And there were elevators for anyone who needs to know that! Which we appreciated being on the third floor.

We have just enjoyed a fabulous week in Hilton Head and our rental at Seaside Villa had a lot to do with that. This is a great little condo with everything you could ask for. It was perfect for us and we noted how there could have easily been room for 2 more if they don’t mind the pull out. The condo has been recently renovated and it was a top notch job as the design, style and workmanship are all very well done. Our master bed was very comfortable and the building was quiet, even though we were there during March Break. The view of the beach is the best and the access to walk out there was perfect. Parking was easy, our self check in went smooth and our communications with the folks at LSI Rentals was great. Can’t say enough good stuff about this place. We wish every Air BnB could be like this. Thank you for everything.

Super easy to find and get into the condo. The building is older, but the condo is nicely updated and clean. A little smaller, put perfect for a couple. Not sure if want to share with kids or others. Close to the water and restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay in unit 207 at Seaside Villas. The unit is small, with a full size fridge, a small cooktop, no oven. The microwave is full size. There is very little counter space, so meal prep can be challenging. The ocean can be seen from the balcony, but the view is limited. Access to the wonderful beach is very easy. The unit was very clean.

Check in and check out was super easy. The condo was clean and convenient to restaurants and of course the beach. We will book with LSI again. Thank you

Check in was not very smooth or easy. Took close to 1.5 hours from the time we got to Hilton Head to get into the condo. Wrong directions, wrong condo code, had to backtrack to get parking pass. Condo was clean and well appointed. Fitting 4 people would be a challenge - sitting room was one apartment sized sofa. Great location and great beach!

Have a few thoughts on this place. First of all, the location can’t be beat - steps to a great beach and only about a half mile to Coligny Plaza. The one thing I didn’t like about this place that I haven’t encountered with other Airbnb’s is that all the communication felt very robotic and impersonal. It took several days to get a response when inquiring about check in, and when we did confirm the day of check in we could get in 2 hours early, we had to wait an additional hour for someone to have the key for us, and there was a serious lack of apology for this. The communication with LSI was truly the biggest downfall of this property. It is tiny, but fit our family of 3 (and we used a pack n play) just fine.

Good view easy quick weekend.

It was a great stay in Hilton Head, the location of seaside villas and the unit were perfect. It was only about 20 yards from the beach access so very easy to walk to the beach. The unit was perfect for a couple, but may be a tight squeeze for 4 people. My only complaint would be the bed is in the room near the hallway and its easy to hear people walking by or closing their door across the hall. Luckily it seems like a family friendly place so we didnt have any issues with people being loud. Overall a good stay in a great location

Great location and great clean unit. It's is just incredibly small. It felt tight with just two of us. I wish the balcony was a little more private as it is completely open to neighbors views and visa versa,

The facility has a nice view of the ocean and was clean. The overall property was quiet and very clean and well kept. Unfortunately, the air conditioning unit broke and started smelling like something was burning so 1/3 of our stay was without air in July and we spent a sleepless night there. NO WAY we could have slept there another night without air.

What you see in the post is what you get! I would bring a fan for noise at night, wasn’t bad but depends who your neighbors are. Access to the beach is great and everything you need is within a walking distance.

Perfect for our short 3 night stay. Unit was clean with easy access to beach and the shops at Coligny Plaza. Very quiet too, considering it was July 4th weekend. First time at HH and we really enjoyed the Island and Sea Side Villas.

An immaculate space with a beautiful view of the beach. Access to the beach is a few steps away, and the onsite pool is refreshing as well. The property manager sent incredibly detailed instructions that made it so easy to check in, check out and have a great experience. Also walkable to a number of restaurants and grocery stores. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay! The only downfall was that our room was not ready when we arrived at 4:20 and we were told to give the housekeeper about 15 more minutes. It was very clean when we were able to get in around 4:45 though! The location is perfect! The view is great and we enjoyed having to not walk far to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay. The rental was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Location to shops and restaurants was great, we were in walking distance or by bike. The beach access was just a very short walk through the parking lot. I would recommend staying here!

This place had a nice view of the ocean and was all we needed for our stay. It has its own AC unit and board games to play, which was nice. It was cleaned pretty well when we arrived. We had a bit of a check-in issue but the host resolved it within 30 minutes. It was a good stay overall, but there were a few minor details that got a bit frustrating after a week long stay. We were only given 2 trash bags and minimal linens for a week long stay and no directions on how to get more of any of these utilities. There is also only 1 elevator in the entire complex which is inconvenient when our room was on the third floor. Also, there are 2 washing machines and dryers which are shared with the entire floor and you have to pay to use them. Some of these things the host has no control over, but were not in the description of the place and probably should be.

After booking this AirBnB the host sent me a separate contract to be signed and filled out. This was NOT listed on the AirBnB webpage prior to my booking. The contract asked for additional funds for the rental.

I was still able to continue with the rental without signing this contract, but be aware that this host may send this to try and trick you. Per AirBnb policy they MUST disclose a separate contract prior to you booking.

A small annoyance was that you had to go to the vacation rental company to pick up the key before going to the unit. It was a smooth process though and contactless.

Otherwise, the rental was very nice. Clean and and quiet. Great location right on the beach with ocean views. Walkable to a "downtown" area.

We enjoyed our stay! The space is perfect for a solo stay or for a couple. Location, location, location! It’s a short walk to Coligny Plaza and we enjoyed biking all over the island. The walk right out to the beach is nice and the condo was stocked with 2 chairs and an umbrella. I highly recommend!

All the positives of the other reviews are correct. First...the best HH location off of Coligny Cir right on the beach. Everything you need in a 2 mile radius, so walk, bike or short car trip. Condo clean, renovated and very nice. Have breakfast or cocktails on the small patio looking and listening to the ocean (well...when the a/c unit is running). There is an elevator, and condo is fully stocked except for tea kettle.

Third (top) floor is great, but you will be taking the stairs a lot vs. the slow elevator at the far front end of the building. And this is a VERY SMALL apartment...think hotel room. Best for couple, maybe with a small child.

Would definitely book again and recommend to friends.

My plans changed very last minute so I was barely in the unit, but it was very well stocked- beach stuff and games, etc. I was pleasantly surprised.

An LSI Vacation Rental gives you value for your rental fee. The units are easy to check into due to clear instructions; a clean place to stay due to their cleansing procedures; and convenient units to meet your beach vacation needs.

It was a blast. Very clean not far from downtown and secluded enough it never felt crowded.

Exactly as pictured! Within walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops. Highly recommend renting a bike to get around.

Very cute and quaint condo! The patio offers a great view of the beach. The space was comfortable and clean. LOVE the big tile shower and additional bathroom shelves.
This unit is on the outside of the grouping of villas, so to get to the beach access you do have to walk underneath the building to the middle of the main parking lot. Also worth noting there isn’t an elevator in the building, so the 3rd floor left us feeling like we should’ve packed a little lighter!
All in all, a cute place for a weekend getaway!

The villa was modern, clean, and has a great view of the ocean! I was disappointed that the resort’s direct beach access was closed for construction, which was the main reason I booked this villa. I appreciated the contactless pick up of the key fob at the office which is on the way into Hilton Head Island.
