Parking pass Info: Queens Grant allows a maximum of 2 parking passes per reservation. Parking passes will be in the unit and should be displayed on the dashboard of your vehicle.
Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds.
