Ocean Villa C203 - Balcony Views

Loved everything about it, location an all just not the smoking policy. But will rent again..

Fairly small Airbnb but very good location in regards to distance from the beach.

Wonderful, we had so much fun!!

Place was clean, close to the beach and we felt secure!! Communication was very good, Mary replied to us within minutes.

It was a great time! Great area, beach and pool were a short walk away and there was a restaurant on the boardwalk.

Great location with easy access to everything. Safe and secure, clean and comfortable. I will stay here again.

This was close to the ocean and restaurants. lt was very noisy upstairs and not very well stocked for cooking (no oil, spices, salt, etc) however. It isn't set up great for someone coming in from out of town... the beach chairs are basically broken and there aren't any beach towels.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The apartment was clean, easy access to the pool and beach, lots of fun activities during the summer to do on the property. Harbour Town and Coligny is a short drive for more shopping and food.

Had a great stay, it would be nice to have more beach accessories like a cart.

It was a great & clean place. The location was wonderful. However, the internet was non-existent even when sitting beside the router. There was also very poor Verizon cell service we we could not use that until out by the beach. The tv had 5 random channels that worked, 2 of which kept cutting out. So be prepared with downloaded movies to watch on devices in the evenings. Plenty of outdoor fun in the day!

House was clean but sleep areas are pretty tied but overall, awesome location close to the beach with nice balcony.

The condo was cute. Balcony felt soft and dry rotted as if it might fall. I let the host know though so hopefully they fix that. You can tell the condos are pretty old. The hallways squeak and are pretty loud so you heard everyone walking. Master bed was not very comfortable, kinda hard. But the resort was pretty cool. They had lots of stuff to do. We loved the tiki bar at the beach.

pros:
very nice condo complex
on beach
nice pool with 2 bars/restaurants on site
no more than 10 min drive to any main locations (ie sea pines, coligny)
-nice balcony, overlooking part of parking lot but there was greenery surrounding so it was a nice place to sit in morning for coffee

cons:
-was not very clean when we arrived. bed linens were clean and new but the floors and bathroom were a bit dirty (looked like a few bits of facial hair in sink)
-bed very uncomfortable but ok for our 2 day stay
-price w taxes and fees added was not worth it.

overall was okay due to the location, beach etc. would not stay againat this unit but would stay at beach and tennis resprt again. the rental company was very responsive and got back to me right away when i was no happy with the cleanliness. they did send someone back to clean the bathroom when i expressed my concern

Perfect location! Just a short walk to the beach and a short drive to Kroger and Whole Foods. Room was clean and had a cozy little walkout balcony. Would definitely recommend!!

Had a great experience on our trip! The place had everything we needed and it was nice having the pool, beach, and 2 restaurants/ bars on site. We were able to rent bikes and bike to different places around the resort as well. I would absolutely stay here again!!

The location is great; an easy walk to the beach. Pool was great too. Facility amenities are great for families; we felt safe. Lots of families and kids present. If you go during peak season, expect a packed beach; 3-4 families deep up and down the beach on top of one another. Probably the most packed beach I've ever experienced - but I was told by many that all of the public beaches would be packed (in July). The room was adequate for a family of 4-5 but not more than 2 adults. Listing says it sleeps 6, but not comfortably in beds. There are 2 bunks that are not good for kids over 10yrs old (too small of a space as other reviewers have mentioned). The pads are like memory foam so it squishes too easily and you end up sleeping on wood. I brought a backpacking airpad and we also used the couch cushions for bedding for the kids. The hid-a-bed was not comfortable (most aren't). The queen bed in the bedroom was comfortable and we slept well in it. Fixtures and appliances are mostly old. The kitchen was stocked well. The floor was dirty (although it was vacuumed) and needs a wet mop; our feet kept turning black after showers.

This was such a smooth and easy process. The only downside was to pay for parking but it’s ultimately worth it. Location is perfect for families but I went solo. Still a great trip. The apartment was a perfect size and had a kitchenette which definitely helped! I felt safe here with security at the entrance. Definitely coming back!

A quaint little place. The bunks are definitely for small children. Thankfully out teenagers were not with us. Location to beach and parking are great.

Super cute place to stay! Small, but just enough space to be comfortable in! In walking distance to the pool and the ocean!

I stayed here for two days. The place is very clean, neat and tidy. Clear instructions on what to do when I arrived. The beach is literally across the street. We had no idea how close we were. More than enough comfort , I would recommend this place. We enjoyed ourselves. Can’t wait to go back !

Wonderful stay! Loved the resort, but heads up the door doesn’t auto lock and we had a stranger wonder in around 5am, so make sure you lock up because otherwise great stay!

A great resort and a nice condo for your stay. Everything is as stated in the listing - but do be sure to bring spices, oil, etc. The condo is in a quiet section, the pool area is great to hang out at, the beach is beautiful. The bed is comfy, the kitchen nicely stocked with dishes, pans, utensils, etc, and there's plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets. It's a perfect spot for a solo, a couple, or a family with small kids. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

The location was fantastic. Great Tiki Bar on the beach. Coconutz Restaurant and bar was wonderful. Everyone was so pleasant. Check in was so easy. The units are small but met our needs perfectly.

There wasn’t really anything in this unit. We are use to renting furnished units that have everything you’ll need for a beach stay… beach towels, chairs nothing like that available

This is the ideal spot for a beach condo. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I was impressed with the well stocked cooking pans and skillets as we cook at least 2 meals a day in the condo. Make sure to bring your own oils, spices, coffee, and coffee filters. This is convenient to the stairs and elevator and has a nice view off the balcony. I loved all of the extra towels, blankets, and pillows provided. Highly recommend and we will definitely book again next summer!

This resort is in a great location close to all and yet very peaceful and quiet. We loved our Villa location it was close to beach, pool and beach bar which has food, music and drinks. The Villa was perfect for our needs we felt very comfortable as soon as we open the door. It was warm and very welcoming. We will be back, love Hilton Head and the community. If you looking for a relaxing vacation and place to unwind this is it!!!

Nice place except beds were not very comfortable. Bunkbed not for a grown adult. Everything was supplied for cooking. Resort had activities each day at the pool.

The pictures accurately show what you are get. The condo is close enough to the beach. After fees, this place is a little expensive for what you get, though. Shame on me for not looking at more options.

Location is perfect and loved being on the resort property for all the conveniences that provided. Great value for the money. I will say the mattress is VERY firm, so just be prepared for that. Kitchen serviceable and decent selection of pots/pans.

Over all a good place to kick back and relax.

Great rental. Wonderful location. Communication with cleaning crew was a bit difficult as they didnt speak english. We were a few minutes over trying to get everything packed up and they came and it was hard to tell them we were trying to rush to get out. Other than that it was great. Clean, safe, and super close to the beach. Pool was huge! The security at this place is super tight which I loved. Laundry is expensive to get done, but that is the policy of the entire complex. I cant wait to book for next year!

This condo is extremely nice and has everything you need for a nice stay! The mattress is pretty firm and it was hard to get comfortable on the nights we were there. Just my personal opinion though. Other than that a very comfortable and nice stay. Very easy walk to the beach also!

The unit is compact but has everything you need and it was clean. The convenience of the beach, pool, bar, restaurants, and onsite bike rentals is great. It is a bit noisy late into the night so if you're looking for peace and quiet I wouldn't recommend it, but if you're looking for an easy and fun family vacation it's perfect.

This was a nice area to stay for our first trip to Hilton Head. With just a short walk to the beach and a view overlooking palm trees and slight peek of the ocean, it was a great place to lay our heads each night and then be able to walk to the beach each morning! Apartment is nicely decorated/updated and was very clean.

My husband and I needed this relaxing getaway. This was the perfect place for that!!

You'll find a quiet, relaxed atmosphere that is beautifully furnished. It felt like home away from home.

Convenient and exceptional value for the price. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating.

Just be aware that some of the things about the condo description are misleading.
