It is a first-floor unit with an open roomy floor plan and just steps from the beach, pool, and Jamaica Joez beach bar cafe. It's a true beach get away at one of Hilton Head Islands premier resort. This one-bedroom amazing beach villa has views of the resort pool and ocean from the balcony and has the following features a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless full-sized appliances, farmer sink, housewares and accessories including a Keurig coffee maker, The bathroom has a walk-in tiled shower and granite top vanity. The bedroom features a motorized king bed, a smart tv and wide-open space for your comfort. There is a pull-out Sofa in Living Room to sleep 4 comfortably. This villa has been remodeled to today standards of what guests want for a beach vacation. Perfect for a couple plus 2 additional guests.
Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers 2 swimming pools including the largest beach front pool on Hilton Head. There are 8 Tennis Courts and 4 Pickleball Courts for guest enjoyment. The resort has a playground, basketball courts, picnic areas with charcoal grills, and bike rentals for family fun!! There are 2 restaurants on site for close by dining or beachside eating.
Golf is close by at Port Royal Resort or Palmetto Dunes. Hilton Head has over 50 miles of bike and walking trails. Make your vacation at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort one you will want to return to year after year. Guests have full access to 2 pools in the resort, tennis courts and pickle ball courts. There is a playground, basketball court, volleyball on the beach and bike rentals and beach chairs at the resort, Hilton Head Beach and Tennis The resort is located directly on the beach and close to shopping, golf, tennis and bike riding.
Summertime fun for your family vacation includes live weekend entertainment at beach bar, ice cream stand, pizza at Gator's or delivered to your door, Monday Night Dive-in Movies at the Pool, Karaoke on Wednesdays at the pool, and Thursday pool party. There is no other beach resort like it on Hilton Head Island!
Some of the best waterfront restaurants such as Poseidon, Hudson’s, Dockside, and Fish Camp are a short car ride away.

One parking pass is included in the displayed rate. Extra car pass available at a $25 charge.
Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of reservations more than 30 days before arrival are fully refunded. Cancellations of reservations between 14-30 days before arrival are refunded 50%. Cancellations of reservations less than 14 days before arrival are non- refundable.
Deposit Policy
One-half of the charge is collected to confirm your reservation. The balance will be processed 30 days before your arrival date.

Great deal for Hilton head and being right in the center of everything. The ocean was just steps away, and the Villas were safe and extremely clean. All staff was extremely friendly and there were detailed step-by-step instructions for everything.

Perfect spot for our 22nd Anniversary. First floor access made it easy to bring our thing in and out of the unit. The downfall of it being first floor is when on the balcony the unit is right next to the entrance to the building so everyone sees you on the balcony and feels the need to speak to you when you are just trying to relax etc. As for the unit, it was very clean, and included most of the items we would need. I would like to see beach chairs be added as an amenity to the unit. That would have been a nice perk to not have to being our own back and forth. The owner of unit was very responsive anytime we had questions or needed help with anything so that was very nice. We love staying at the HHBT so we will keep this unit on our favorites list. Thank you again for letting us stay here.

We’ve stayed in several units on this property, and this one is our favorite! The remodeling has been tastefully and beautifully done, and it feels much more spacious than other units. We loved the king size bed which is a rare thing to find at this resort and the keypad entry. It is just a short stroll to the pool and beach which is nice and convenient. We loved the games that were offered in the living room - my daughter especially loved the monkeys in a barrel. The hosts were very communicative and friendly. Will definitely stay here again!

Great place! Our room was beautiful. Clean as could be and just cozy. Everything you could want was on property and we did not have to leave for anything. Beautiful pool great restaurants and wonderful beach access of which we used all a d enjoyed very much! Thanks for a memorable stay!

A few steps away from the beach area
One thing that would stand out for this unit is putting beach chairs and towels as part of the unit deal. That would’ve been awesome

We had a wonderful time
Place is beautiful and has everything you need in a studio. 30 second walk to a beach that is private to the resort, with a tiki bar on the way. the porch is great to sit out on at night
We enjoyed our stay here. We liked being so close to the beach and the pool. Although there was a lot of activity around us, we felt that the rental was exactly as expected and provided enough privacy. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen and decor were modern and updated. We like to play games and appreciated having some provided in the unit. We liked the layout of the rental and thought it was a great use of space. Check-in and check-out were both very smooth.

We absolutely loved the condo. It was very clean and spacious, equipped with everything you could possibly want or need. Each room had a ceiling fan with light controlled by a remote control. But, I was super impressed to see a box fan in the closet because I love to sleep in a very cool room with the soothing sound of a fan. We enjoyed being just steps away from the beach, then when it got too windy, it was lovely to go sit by the pool. We definitely plan to book this place again in the future for even longer than just the weekend.
