This villa is located on the third floor close to the elevator and has spectacular ocean views from the deck. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets from your deck. It has been renovated from top to bottom with French doors into the bedroom, hardwood laminate floors and ceramic tile throughout, and a lovely double size tiled shower in the bathroom. This villa sleeps 4 adults and 2 children. comfortably. There is a queen bed in the private bedroom, a pull-out sofa in the living room in addition to a set of junior size bunks in the hall.
Oceanside Properties is located on Hilton Head Island. Guest services are just a call away and you can contact us 24/7 with any questions or concerns.
The resort is located mid-island and is an easy car or bike ride to restaurants, entertainment, shopping and golf. Drinks and food poolside, pizza and sports pub located at conference center. Bike Rentals at the Resort. Beach bar and ice cream stand open seasonal. Lots of public golf nearby, tennis courts and pickleball on site, Largest beach front pool on Hilton Head and work out room and playground. Washers and Dryers on site in building. Lots of summertime fun and activities which include poolside movies, pool party weekly, karaoke at the pool, and explore programs for children. All activities are included in the price of booking. Gated resort 24-hour security and self-check in.
Hilton Head has over 50 miles of biking and hiking trails. Our mid-island location makes it easy to ride or bike to nearby restaurants, Shelter Cove shopping and eateries.
Any applicable parking fees are NOT included in the displayed rate. Additional fees must be paid in full within 24 hours of booking or the reservation will be canceled.
Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of reservations more than 30 days before arrival are fully refunded. Cancellations of reservations between 14-30 days before arrival are refunded 50%. Cancellations of reservations less than 14 days before arrival are non- refundable.
Deposit Policy
One-half of the charge is collected to confirm your reservation. The balance will be processed 30 days before your arrival date.

Very communicative hosts and folks at the condo property; also all very friendly. Condo was decorated adorably and was so cozy. Folks that complained about it being too small weren't paying attention to the description and reviews. It was close to the elevator as well, which was very important to us, as we brought my mother who is in her late 60s and has bad knees (I got an immediate response when i asked about the elevator too).
The kitchen was well-stocked, and there was an interesting selection of books and games. My favorite thing was fish table! Every time I walked by it i called out "Fish table!" cuz it was so cute. You'll understand if you rent the condo.

This condo is very cute and updated . But tiny. My husband and I went for 20 yr anniversary and it was perfect for us. Has everything needed but wouldn’t recommend for more than 2 people. View of ocean was great and liked the restaurants on site. The tv in the bedroom did not work at all.
Love the whole area. I left something behind and the host was expeditious in getting it back to me. Would definitely recommend this place.

I really loved the villa we had a great time my 11 month and 8 year old loved the balcony the rails were small so I didn’t have to worry that the baby would fall. The room was nice and clean full of board games to play at night or if it rained. My family and I enjoyed ourselves.

Very nice clean condo for the price we paid. A couple had cancel their reservation last minute so we were able to snatch up this place for the weekend. So glad. Although you can’t see the beach for the balcony, it’s still a nice view looking towards the beach. Very nice big outdoor pool. The wooden boardwalk down to the beach is really nice as well especially during sunset. You can get some really nice picture. One complaint is the tv in the living room wasnt cooperating. It takes about 20 to 30 mins for the tv to actually turn on once you click the power button. No big deal since we’re not there to watch tv but enjoy the beach/pool and Hilton Head Island.

This was a great stay with the family, we were happy to come back some place nice after long days in the sun. Views from the balcony were great for our morning coffee. Board games and books in the room for entertainment in the evening was nice.
Great and easy beach access, on-site bar and food was nice but we didn’t visit them, plenty of parking on site. Quick ~5-10 minute drive over to the areas with shopping and food. On-site pool was clean and not crazy crowded.

The beach themed condo was in a great location and the third story view of the ocean was fabulous. We spent time on the beach which was a 3-5 minute walk and then rented bikes from the facility and rode all over the island. It was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again!
