This beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom condo is just a 1-minute walk from the beach and the largest pool on Hilton Head Island. Located in the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort it has activities a plenty with 8 tennis courts, 6 pickleball courts, an onsite tennis pro for lessons, fitness center, corn hole, basketball, racquetball, a playground, catch and release fishing, bike rentals, a beach volleyball court, walking trails, and wildlife viewing. The resort also offers Coconutz Sports Bar with a full dinner menu, Gatorz pizza, open seasonally, Jamaica Joez Beach Bar with a full lunch menu, and Jamaica Monz Ice Cream Hut.
Nearby are golf courses, water sports rentals, shopping, miniature golf, art galleries, theater, great restaurants and so much more.
This condo is located on the second floor with elevator access nearby. There is a fully equipped kitchenette including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. With a queen-sized bed in the master bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper, and a set of child size bunks in the hall this is the perfect size for a couple or small family (max occupancy of 6). Enjoy ocean views right from your furnished balcony. Free Wi-fi is included and coin laundry is in the building. Parking is unassigned and there is an additional $25 parking fee for more than 1 vehicle with a max of 2 vehicles. First vehicle is included in your reservation. Linens are supplied except for beach/pool towels.
Any additional parking fees are NOT included in the displayed rate. Additional fees must be paid in full within 24 hours of booking or the reservation will be canceled.
Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and, in a pet,-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of reservations more than 30 days before arrival are fully refunded. Cancellations of reservations between 14-30 days before arrival are refunded 50%. Cancellations of reservations less than 14 days before arrival are non- refundable.
Deposit Policy
One-half of the charge is collected to confirm your reservation. The balance will be processed 30 days before your arrival date.

This place was available when we needed a last minute extension to our stay on HHI. That alone wins cookies and it was a reasonable price.
This is a nice place if you don’t mind being close with one another. The bedroom was really small but because of the things to do on the resort, you don’t spend much time in the room so it doesn’t matter.
I would’ve loved to have beach stuff available but hopefully this is something that can be incorporated in the future.
Super close to the beach and the pool. Also, close to the resort restaurants. Very much enjoyable. Would come back again with my son, I’m sure he would enjoy the little bunk beds.
Would definitely stay again! Place was super, super clean and very cute. Right on the beach. Really fun resort with lots to do on site!

I enjoyed my time staying here. This was my first time visiting Hilton Head and the property was in a great spot in the resort. Quick walk to the beach, pool and the bars in the resort. It was also very quiet and peaceful. Would love to stay there again!

Good location, quick walk to the beach and pool. The kids loved the bunk beds, the pool and the playground. Quick drive to restaurants.
Only recommendation would be new appliances. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay.

We absolutely LOVED it here!!!! Pristine clean, had everything we needed except for groceries! Nearby everything including easy beach access and a couple of walkable restaurants!!!!

We enjoyed our visit to this condo in Hilton Head and would stay again. It's a short walk to the pool, pool bar and beach. It's very family oriented so expect kids. The room was a nice size and the separate bedroom is a plus. The couch wasn't the most comfortable and the bed was pretty firm. The interior was nice and seems to have been remodeled recently. The kitchen was stocked with cups, mugs, dishes and essentials. There were also a couple of beach chairs available.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect. The condo had everything needed: paper towels, toilet paper, plenty of bath towels, 2 beach chairs, hair dryer and iron. Location is great: 2-3 minutes walk to the beach, sport bar, beach bar, ice cream, and pizza place. Highly recommend!

Great location. So close to beach and pool. Restaurant close by as well. We ventured out more to get more selections. Everything is close by. You can even rent bikes on site. Check in was easy. Front desk staff was friendly. Security guard friendly and helpful. The location was clean. Sun on porch early morning but by afternoon no sun. Which was great to be able to sit outside in the shade and read.
