This beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom condo is just a 1-minute walk from the beach and the largest pool on Hilton Head Island. Located in the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort it has activities a plenty with 8 tennis courts, 6 pickleball courts, an onsite tennis pro for lessons, fitness center, corn hole, basketball, racquetball, a playground, catch and release fishing, bike rentals, a beach volleyball court, walking trails, and wildlife viewing. The resort also offers Coconutz Sports Bar with a full dinner menu, Gatorz pizza, open seasonally, Jamaica Joez Beach Bar with a full lunch menu, and Jamaica Monz Ice Cream Hut.
Nearby are golf courses, water sports rentals, shopping, miniature golf, art galleries, theater, great restaurants and so much more.
This condo is located on the second floor with elevator access nearby. There is a fully equipped kitchenette including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. With a queen-sized bed in the master bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper, this is the perfect size for a couple or small family (max occupancy of 4). Enjoy ocean views right from your furnished balcony. Free Wi-fi is included and coin laundry is in the building. Parking is unassigned and there is an additional $25 parking fee for more than 1 vehicle with a max of 2 vehicles. First vehicle is included in your reservation. 2 beach chairs are available for your use and linens are supplied except for beach/pool towels.
Any additional parking fees are NOT included in the displayed rate. Additional fees must be paid in full within 24 hours of booking or the reservation will be canceled.
Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and, in a pet,-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of reservations more than 30 days before arrival are fully refunded. Cancellations of reservations between 14-30 days before arrival are refunded 50%. Cancellations of reservations less than 14 days before arrival are non- refundable.
Deposit Policy
One-half of the charge is collected to confirm your reservation. The balance will be processed 30 days before your arrival date.

We loved this stay. Perfect for the two of us. Not very private if there would have been another couple joining us. 20-25 minutes to get to sea pines. If we stayed here again we would bring our own bath towels. Everything else was perfect. They supplied beach chairs, pool was clean, and the beach was easy to get to.

I’ve used LSI vacation rentals the last 3 times I’ve went to Hilton head. They’re always super clean, very responsive and PERFECT distance to the beach.

We enjoyed our visit to this condo in Hilton Head and would stay again. It's a short walk to the pool, pool bar and beach. It's very family oriented so expect kids. The room was a nice size and the separate bedroom is a plus. The couch wasn't the most comfortable and the bed was pretty firm. The interior was nice and seems to have been remodeled recently. The kitchen was stocked with cups, mugs, dishes and essentials. There were also a couple of beach chairs available.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect. The condo had everything needed: paper towels, toilet paper, plenty of bath towels, 2 beach chairs, hair dryer and iron. Location is great: 2-3 minutes walk to the beach, sport bar, beach bar, ice cream, and pizza place. Highly recommend!

Great location. So close to beach and pool. Restaurant close by as well. We ventured out more to get more selections. Everything is close by. You can even rent bikes on site. Check in was easy. Front desk staff was friendly. Security guard friendly and helpful. The location was clean. Sun on porch early morning but by afternoon no sun. Which was great to be able to sit outside in the shade and read.

Location location location! Perfect rental for our two day stay in Hilton Head. Easy and quick access to the beach and pool. Semi ocean view room, very clean and updated! Highly recommend!
