Ocean Villa A313 - Sunrise from the Balcony Toggle favorite

Perfect for our family of five. Close to the beach and shelter cove. We loved the activities that were offered for free by the resort! The kids loved the movie nights at the pool. The bike paths connected to the resort were great too!

The staff was excellent. The host were very helpful and responsive.
If you want a true ocean view this is not the greatest. You can see the ocean from the balcony but it is limited. Kitchen is nicely stocked with all standard items. There were plenty hangers and space for clothes. Nice space, clean and organized.

Great location on the beach. You can see the ocean from the balcony by sitting on one side of the porch. Easy walk to the beach! Easy walk from car to elevator to room.

It is a nice place with everything needed for us. Bringing kids would be a tight fit. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable and the sliding glass door doesn’t close easily. Other than it was a great, clean, cozy stay!

The appartement was as described, very nice and at a perfect location. The pool and the beach were 3 minutes away. We loved it and we would definately book it again.

Only thing we would change is that it’s not as clear of a view of the ocean as the listing suggests, but still so beautiful and would recommend!!

Great location, great time. In order to help the host I have a few things to bring to your attention, none of these ruined our trip but you should know that the slider going out on balcony is very hard to slide. Also the towels had some stains. They need a mirror in the bedroom for getting ready. I would rent again this Villa it was well equipped and in a great location. We had a minor maintenance issue and they were quick to responded and resolve. Thanks for sharing this villa with us for rent we had a great vaca!

My family of 5 traveled to HHI from Ohio. It was so nice to get away for a few days and still feel right at home. Very clean, tidy, and pretty place stay. We loved that it was located right on the beach, had a balcony, and also had events going on throughout the week. Our kids loved the Gary Maurer Magic Show. They also loved the karaoke at the pool. Jamaica Joe’z was an awesome place to get drinks and a quick meal. We loved the non alcoholic mud slide drinks. Overall we loved staying at this location and will be back in the future. We will refer family and friends as well. The host was also very kind and very responsive. We hope when y’all travel here you have a blast! God Bless!

Great location! Kids loved being so close to the beach…pool..tennis courts and playground. The only issue we had was that the pool was not heated as written in the listings description. If you’re staying at a cooler time like we did, the pool may not be an option because the water is ice cold. Other than that the entire stay was great!

Condo was exactly as listed!! Very clean and had all the essentials needed for a relaxing girls weekend at the beach! Loved sitting on the balcony drinking coffee in the mornings! I will definitely be back!

We needed nothing (maybe a slightly bigger baking sheet)! We had so much fun, the beach and pool were PERFECT. Check in was flawless and LSI was so responsive. We can’t wait to come back.

Water pressure terrible. Pictures were not an accurate depiction of the villa. The elevator smelled strongly of urine. Bed was very uncomfortable. TV in bedroom didn’t work half the time.

The sliding door needs fixed, we had a awful time closing it from outside.
Refrigerator was noisy.
Other than that it was fine.

This is our second year staying at Villa B 314. Like last year, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location is 10/10. Check in this year was smooth, last year we had a few problems but I saw a huge improvement this time. Sleeping accommodations could improve. (Sleeper sofa feels cheap). Very clean and stocked up. Plenty of towels etc. No need to go searching the island for food options because the resort has 3 restaurants. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation and we hope to be back if price stays similar. (Don’t think it would be worth it if it was more expensive than what it is now).

We had a great stay at this condo. Short walk to the beach and pool. It was very easy to check in and get to the condo. The condo was clean and perfect size for 2 people. The bed was very soft. I prefer a firmer mattress but it was not a big deal. They had plenty of towels. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was huge with plenty of chairs. I do wish they had more umbrellas or shaded areas. We would stay again!

Host was quick to respond and very helpful. Room was cute and tidy. 10/10 would recommend!

The check in process for this Airbnb was not ideal for me. However, just remember to stop at the first building front desk and they will give you the parking pass and make sure you have your check in instructions before arrival.

The location was wonderful for this Airbnb. From the 3rd floor balcony we could see the ocean and enjoy the view. The room was very clean and there was an abundance of towels available for the 2 of us. The Airbnb was well stocked with cleaning supplies and accessories you may need. We thoroughly enjoyed Jamiaca Joe'z on our walk to the beach, the frozen drinks were sweet and delicious. The area is close to lots of shopping and dining. The beach was private and not too well populated when we went in late October.

It was just as described! I personally didn’t like Gatorz (on-site restaurant) but that’s of course not the rental host’s fault. She was very informative on all of the rules and how to get in, and was responsive to my messages. This was also practically right on the beach (1 min walk— literally!) and we had private access to that part of the beach that only other people staying at the resort could access, I thought that was a nice touch. I would definitely stay at this resort again, but in a different room. The room I got was just as described but did look dated and a bit old compared to some of the other rental unit rooms. Again, still enjoyed my stay! Thank you!!

The room and resort were excellent. The beach was extremely close to the resort. The Labor Day festivities at the resort were amazing: Hair braiding for our little one, Disney movie by the pool, pool side DJ. The resort had a bike store conveniently. The unit was very clean and well maintained. No complaints.

One point to note: This unit is around 500 sqft. So it is good for a small family with one or two small kids. There is a queen bed and two small kids bunk bed.
Anything more then that would be too tight. Even though the listing says 6 people, it should be more for 2 people with one toddler.

Overall, very good experience. No complaints.

Our family had a great vacation here!! We loved the resort and the convenience of having restaurants and ice cream steps away from our room! We tried each restaurant and they all had great food! We actually ordered Gatorz twice this past week!

The room was the perfect size for our family and the kids loved the bunk beds. There were plenty of towels and starter things for us to use!

Overall we had a great time and made the best of our time here! We were very blessed to be able to go to Hilton Head as a family and enjoy the island!

The condo is in a great location! The condo sleeps two adults and two children because the sleeper sofa is not functional as a bed. It is old and worn out. It needs to be replaced in order to sleep 5 or 6 people.

The condo was VERY clean and it’s a great community to be in especially with kids. It is definitely smaller than I expected and a lot older then I expected. Would have been nice to have a blender or some other basic cooking stuff. There weren’t many instructions and we weren’t sure if we could use the chairs that were on the outside or which side would be the chairs to the apartment. It was good for a short weekend stay.

A great room for 4 adults and 2 kids. Amazing location, good food close by. We enjoyed being able to have a walking distance to the beach/pool. Quiet relaxing atmosphere. The place was extremely clean. They had towels for us as well as necessary stuff like plates, cups etc. They also had a few extra beach chairs we were able to borrow and put back after our stay. Close by elevator making it easy to go from place to place. The only thing I’d suggest would be better communication during check in day. Sofa bed wasn’t the best, felt a little broken but nothing unfixable. Overall our family enjoyed the stay and would definitely come back. 🙂

The location is in a great spot with easy access to the beach. The kitchen space is a little bit outdated with an older stove and a small oven, but when you're this close to the beach on HHI you shouldn't be inside that often anyways.

This is a lovely apartmentjustbsteps from the pool, bar and beach! We are a family with two children with special needs, one who is wheelchair dependent. The location of this apartment is close to an elevator, which makes going in and out fairly easy. There are oversized luggage carts for unloading/loading your car.

The grounds are lovely and between the beach, pool and playground there's always something to do. Mini golf is a short half mile walk down the road on beautiful walking trails.

We can't wait to return!

The Airbnb stay was just as expected! The check-in process was very easy, and the pictures were representative of the actual space. The host was very understanding and accommodating to our needs when our plans changed last minute. The kitchen was stocked with pots, silverware, plates, etc.- anything you’d need to cook a meal. Also had a iron/ironing board. The bunk beds are in the same room as the queen bed, and there’s a full/queen sofa bed in the living room. The place is a ~20 min. drive to Harbor Town. I’d recommend this Airbnb if you’re looking for a place that’s on the beach and located within a 20 minute drive to main attractions.

This is my second stay at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort so I am familiar with the property. This is a great unit with an ocean view from the deck. Seasonal rates are excellent. I will try to stay again after the holidays.

Very cute little condo. Clean and well stocked with towels (bring your own beach towels, though). Amenities were great, host provided laundry & dish soap, which was a nice touch. Plenty of space for a weekend getaway, and the beach and surrounding area is lovely with great food. (It's 2020, so it was nice to see 90% of people in the building and areas wearing masks and being responsible.) The Beach bar and resort restaurant had great food and drinks. Host is very quick to respond and super helpful. Recommend. 😀

Great service for checking in and wonderful resort overall. Great location to the beach with 3 pools and tennis courts on site. The room however was not up to par on its cleanliness. A few extra moments to do some proper dusting would've solved this problem. Very simple room that is comfortable for a couple. Wouldn't recommend bringing kids to this room since the "master bedroom" area is completely open to the rest of the unit.

Dishes, flatware, knives, tv, cookware, linens, furniture & bed ... all above average / top quality ... definitely didn’t expect that quality based on experience with other short term rentals. This unit is pretty close to the elevator. Keep this up & I’ll try getting this unit every year. My son & I definitely needed this break away from “covid19 life” at home. It was very peaceful & quiet & truly steps away from the ocean.

One of the best AirBNBs I’ve ever booked! Great communication with management, loved the pool & beach being right next to the place, and great connections to the biking trails. Highly recommend!

Overall the place wasn’t as nice as the pictures. It was okay for the price and being right on the beach. Some stains on pillows, sheets and the bed frame. Won’t go back to that Airbnb but definitely Hilton head island.
