For what we paid I do think there should’ve been more to it
My mom stayed at a different condo that had more sleeping room and more things in it and paid at least 100 dollars less than we did.

Will definitely stay here again!

Nice place to visit with a host that is easy to reach.

Place was great. Host was very good at communicating. Pull out bed was small but still was able to fit two people. very close walk to the beach and pool + bar. Great stay overall.

I gave this villa four stars.. only due to the unit having a slightly funky smell. I believe it might’ve been due a smelly AC. It’s was not unbearable just slightly unpleasant. Other than that I had an enjoyable stay. Oceanside is always very kind and courteous. This is my second time renting with them and I’ve had an overall positive experience both times. I love the resort and how close it is to the beach. I will definitely be renting again, I just won’t rebook this particular villa. But It was perfect for me and my boyfriend and we had a wonderful time in Hilton Head.

If you’re considering staying with Oceanside, you will not regret it. Thanks again!

Great place for a weekend get away!

The place was exactly as described. It looked bigger in the pictures however accommodated 3 people well. The sofa bed in the living room was uncomfortable and a little hard to put together, and the parts got separated during the night. Might be ok for a small child but not for an adult. I think the apartment has an issue with the a/c. It felt humid all the time but it did cool off ok. Other than that, our stay was great, loved the easy access to the beach and pool and proximity to restaurants and shopping areas. We had a fun and relaxing time.

Compared to other Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at, this one was an okay an experience. The facilities reminded me more of a Vrbo rather than an Airbnb. Communication was open and the hostesses were friendly to work with.

Very nice and up to date unit. Easy access and close to beach. Had what I considered one extremely minor question for the host, and the response was extremely quick and more importantly, went above and beyond what was expected.

Perfect place for my wife and I for a short holiday weekend. Great location and great beach access. Along with a huge swimming pool.

We had an amazing stay at this villa! It was cozy with a short walk to the beach and restaurants on the resort, and friendly neighbors.

We absolutely loved our stay at the resort! The apartment was very cozy and welcoming. All of the amenities were in place and it was very convenient to access. When I messaged Mary Ann, I specifically stated that we wanted an Oceanside view; it could not have been more perfect! The breeze from the ocean was so relaxing and therapeutic. It was only a minute walk across the bridge to the ocean. That was the biggest plus!Our host was very responsive and helpful. We can’t wait to book another stay!

We loved our stay. We had everything we needed. I was concerned about the bed not being comfortable because of a previous comment, but we found it very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

It is a very cute apt near the beach and great for a couple or for one adult and 2 young kids. It’s tiny but cozy. They have beach chairs and most appliances. I recommend you bring all your kitchen essentials, including salt, sugar, coffee, butter if you plan to cook there. They were very responsive when I needed anything.

Great overall experience

The place was clean and very convenient - just a short walk to the beach. The place is on the second of three floors, so if you're a very light sleeper, you may want ear plugs due to noise from walking, etc. upstairs. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay.

Mary Ann was awesome as a host. She was very responsive and helpful. Her place was convenient to everything we wanted to do and in walking distance to the beach. Great find!

It was a good getaway for a long weekend with kids. Beach is nearby and you can easily get to groceries and restaurants. The weather wasn’t what we expected at this time if the year but that’s outside of our control! 🙂

Absolutely loved Hilton Head Island. The condo was in a great location and was a decent stay. Certainly was not impressed by the lack of amenities but it was fine enough for us. For only a 5 night stay we didn’t expect to have to provide our own toilet paper, dish liquid, etc. I think the price could be lowered due to the amount of amenities you have to provide yourself. The bed wasn’t horrible but definitely left us feeling more exhausted than relaxed. Overall a decent stay and would do it again for a better price.

We had a great stay! Beach view with short walk to beach. We enjoyed the pool also. Comfortable stay even with small kids.

The condo location was great and everything we needed for a long weekend getaway. Close to the beach, food options nearby, and a very helpful host made this an awesome choice on the island

This condo is convenient to the beach, pool and tennis courts. Bike rentals on site. It was the perfect size for my daughter and me. I recommend 2 guests if you are staying in the bedroom. The living area is tight but has everything one needs. If you are a cook, you might want to bring a few spices and a good knife. The pool is huge and has a beachside bar, ice cream and snow cones next to it. Nice boardwalks to the beach and not a far walk.

This space was perfect for our mother daughter getaway! It is clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Proximity to beach, pool, and bike paths was perfect! We enjoyed breakfast and lunch on the balcony and checking out the restaurants for dinner. Thank you!

The condo is in a great spot for beach, racquet sports, and other Hilton head activities. My wife and I had a wonderful time staying here.

Excellent location, comfortable, safe, family friendly and only a few steps to the beach. Kroger, Francesca's, Belk, Kilwan's (ice-cream) nearby at stop#1 if you take the free trolley from street out front of main building. Line dancing at Poseidon's rooftop bar and restaurant, so much fun! 2 chairs and 1 sun umbrella included, bring your own beach towels or buy at Belk/Kroger.

Enjoyed our mini vacay!

First time using Airbnb and first time to Hilton Head. The place was clean and nice and perfect for my wife and I and my 12 yr old son, who slept on the couch. You can see and hear the beach from the balcony, although you a little back from it. It’s a short walk to the beach and the pool. The beach had a lot of people but the water at low tide is pretty far out so there is plenty of room. The pool was always packed but there are a lot of chairs and the pool is good size. We ate at the pool bar/restaurant and what we had was good both days(peel and eat shrimp, loaded fries and burgers). We cooked a few times and there is a full kitchen with everything you need to cook. It’s really dark at night so it’s nice to walk down the beach and see lots of stars. Would go back and would recommend staying!

The location and resort are amazing! The condo is lovely! We went for a girls getaway and loved every minute. The rental company was great about getting back to us with any questions. We would suggest that you bring a single blowup if you plan for someone to sleep on the couch pullout. Not the best sleeper in our opinion.

Great place and clean!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rental was nice and clean, just the right amount of space for 2 people. Contact back and forth was painless and they worked to give me the accommodations that I needed. Location was in the middle of anything and right off the beach.

Overall a nice place for the price. The ocean view wasn't what we though it was going to be so don't expect to see the beach from the balcony. During our time there, the AC didn’t work at all and we didn’t really get any communication about when it will be fixed. On our last day there, maintenance came in to fix it but just completely shut it off and we had no warning when they were coming. Sleeping in 77-78 degrees was not fun for us.

Great location. Close access to beach. Smart use of space with cozy touches. Additional paperwork came after booking requiring more charges. Later communications clarified this, but it was initially frustrating. Glad we checked on them & stayed here.

Very cute and cozy stay for a Baecation. Condo was clean and neat, had a very nice view of the ocean. CocoNutz Sports bar was delicious as well. Definitely will be coming back!

This place was just right for the two of us.

The beach is just a short walk away and we rented bikes for a day and rode several places. We found a place by chance called Fort Howell which is an earthworks fort. There was a “38 star” American flag which we had never seen before, so that was a little bonus.

The pool at the resort was nice and big but very cold. The ocean was warmer.

They have a nice poolside bar/restaurant overlooking the beach and the resort itself was nice and quiet.

You can sit outside in the morning and watch the sunrise and see the ocean from this unit.

We would definitely stay there again.

Cute, clean condo with nice touches. The weather could not have been better, and the beach, just down the boardwalk, is amazing. There were not a lot of people and the beach was perhaps the cleanest we've seen. We called to rent an umbrella and two chairs for $40, which made it more comfortable, though the beach chairs are ancient.

There were a few minor issues, like a faulty bathroom light switch, no smoke alarm, and trouble locking the sliding glass door. Otherwise, the condo itself was really nice.

My experience in communicating with the contact was frustrating. Either days went by without a reply, or I received no reply at all. One email I received was downright rude.

It’s a lot smaller than we thought—pretty sure the bed was a full size and we didn’t have much room for luggage. It’s cute though and a great location with a friendly community!

Great small place beachside for a weekend away

Awesome location and really great resort. The beach is literally a 300 ft across the parking lot. I don’t think the pictures do it justice just how close it is. And the pool is right next to the beach. So if we wanted a break from the beach, you can literally go right up by the pool and grab something for lunch at the bar/restaurant pool side, and hang out around there for a little while. The villa was more than enough room for the two of us. It was my first trip to Hilton Head, so I didn’t know what to expect, but I was blown away. Very beautiful destination, all of the restaurants are very close to the resort. Most of the restaurants have shops and stuff around that you can browse through if the restaurant has a wait. All in all, it was a great trip and I would definitely recommend it.

The location was perfect, check-in was very easy, and the place was very clean and well-organized. The complex is very family friendly and had a lot of activities going on throughout the week. The only thing missing for us was mostly due to not looking at the listing closely enough to notice there is not a bathtub (just a shower) so it made it a little harder with a baby. I only say this for other new parents who are looking but don’t think about it either 🙂

Very close to the beach, just a few minutes walk. You’ll need beach chairs and umbrellas. And the laundry machine requires a special card that you had to buy at a kiosk machine.

This location was EVERYTHING!! Walking distance to the beach, very relaxing environment, and on-site restaurants were great.I really enjoyed it. The condo was very cute and welcoming. I would definitely use this company to book my next "staycation".

This is an amazing condo with beach access! Our girls trip was great and we were thankful for all the amenities the condo offered! Our checkin process was a challenge, but Chris helped the front desk get us our pass and we went on our way! We would definitely recommend this stay!

Great place at a great value! Resort pool/beach access was awesome. Was our sons first beach trip. Place was a great size for a couple and small child.

Check in was a little inconvenient the office didn’t have our reservation. It took them well over 20 min to find it. The location is great, nice views of the water. Really nice beaches and pool. Bring your toilet paper, towels and trash bags. Overall was a great stay and owner responds quickly.

It was a great place to stay for a quick get away. Can see the ocean from the balcony and just a quick walk to put your toes in the sand! We enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Hilton Head. The villa was perfect for two people . Our morning coffee on the outside space with an ocean view added to our enjoyment. Despite covid with restrictions in the resort, we enjoyed our cocktails at the beach bar. Pool atmosphere was fun! We will be back.

Great location steps to the beach! Full kitchen and bathroom. Very clean space with a nice balcony. The resort itself is also great. There’s an awesome beach bar and restaurant by the condo.
