TV' s were not user friendly

Our host, Mary Ann, was super responsive and helpful before, during, and after our stay! The place was immaculate and well kept and a joy to stay in. It took us closer to 15 minutes to walk to the beach so our elderly parents could not come, especially because there is no nearby public beach access. Some more information on public beach access within driving distance would be helpful, but everything about our stay aside from beach access was really lovely and we would definitely stay here again!

Awesome place exceeded expectations. Tv was confusing but extra beach stuff and location made me not worry about that.

The Oceanside condo was the perfect home base for our trip. Our group visited Hilton head for a golf getaway and Oceanside was everything we needed. Everything was very clean, the location was great (no more than 15 minutes to any of our destinations). Check in and out was very smooth and well communicated. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place. Good little walk to the square and beach. Rooms were great all with full baths.

Great spacious unit in which we felt right at home. The living room was really comfortable and we enjoyed watching movies on the couch. Lots of Air BNb’s have awkward set ups with futons in an attempt to have more sleeping areas, so we appreciated the space! The pool was right across from the villa which our kids lived! We rented bikes and rode bikes to shops and restaurants right in Coligne plaza. It’s walkable, but a good mile so renting bikes worked out great! Fantastic beach access! We enjoyed Loggerhead Tavern for drinks, food and live music.

We had a great time at Oceanside’s Airbnb. The place was clean and spacious with plenty of amenities. It’s a pretty short walk from the beach too. Very comfortable for families or groups looking for a relaxing beach vacation!

The place was clean, adequate amenities, spacious. It was located close to where we wanted to be. However the cleaning charges were too much. $225 is really excessive and unreasonable. I do understand if we were in a pandemic but we aren’t.

Everything was great as expected! Mary Ann was very responsive. The stay was amazing. Each bedroom had their own bathroom. Will book again for next golf outing if available!

The host is super responsive! We had a hard time with our GPS, and she made check in so easy by answering questions and helping us quickly. Very clean, even had mini cleaning supplies available for us during our stay. Tons of towels, extra toilet tissue, trash bags, and paper towels. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great time staying in Hilton Head and the place was beautiful and exactly as described. 2 story. Within walking distance to beach. pool on-site. quiet neighbors. responsive host. definitely recommend.

Good stay

Great place for the family. Swimming Pool right out the front door. It took us 8 minutes to bike to the beach, 12 minutes to walk to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed for at home cooking. Overall, we enjoyed!!!

Pros: nice 3 bedroom layout for 2 families to share, large open living area, pool only a few steps away from front door, bike path to walk to beach decently close (about 15 minute total walk to beach), provided pack'n'play, had enough kitchen supplies for cooking variety of meals

Cons: not enough supplies for a week long stay (paper towels, dish soap, etc), had some cleaning issues (smashed s'more found under bed and applesauce pouch splattered all over window not cleaned up from previous occupants), overall nice finishes but everything is showing a bit of wear

Overall, we enjoyed our stay with our kids and friends and would return.

Had a great week at the condo. The kids loved the pool right across the street and was a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The place was clean and had plenty of space. Would stay here again.

The villa we stayed in was very beautiful and updated. We are happy with the walking distance to the ocean. The AC works really well, so make sure not to set below 72 or it will be very cold! The villa was right across from the pool which was very convenient for us and our 4 children. I would recommend to anyone staying in the area!

Our family of 6 had a great experience. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, spacious, and comfortable. We were also really happy with the location. There is a bike path from the condo parking lot that goes right to Adler public beach access, and is an easy, pretty 5 minute bike ride. We also biked to restaurants, tennis courts, and Coligny plaza. The unit is right across from the pool, which was very handy. We also appreciated that the kitchen was nicely stocked and there were plenty of beach chairs, toys and a wagon to use.

Nice place and location on the island. Our kids really enjoyed the 3 level bunk beds. We had a total of 7 people and there more than enough space for everyone. The place was clean however fairly dated and in need of maintenance / upkeep such as fixing closet doors, fixing window screens, newer laundry machines etc. The company did a good job communicating whenever we had any questions so that was great. Overall we had a nice stay however expected a bit more for the price.

This is our second year in a row staying at this same property. It was exactly how we remembered it, and that’s good since that’s the reason we booked it again. LSI has always been great to work with, they answered all my questions before I even had a chance to ask them.

Great unit, fit our family great. Location was good- fresh flowers on the table was a beautiful touch. ❤️ I would rate this unit 5 stars from reservation, to check in, to check out. Our groups only complaint was the slow and weak internet

The place was nice location and peaceful. Difficult to find the unit at first because it was dark and numbers on units not lit up at night. Host was responsive. Felt like if we needed anything would be easy to ask. Overall experience was great. Maybe include bike rentals in cost. Those were nice to have to ride around once we rented them.

Size and layout of the condo was perfect for our family of 5. Appreciated separate bathrooms for all bedrooms. Washer and dryer in the unit was a plus! Bedding was comfortable, towels were clean, and plenty of kitchen utensils. Location was further than described from the beach but, overall felt very safe.

This was a perfect getaway for us! Traveling for a tennis tournament so we had a car! However everything is walkable and we rented bikes to mainly get around! The condo was spotless! The space was very large and everything was great!

Spacious with plenty of room for larger groups. Easy to communicate with rental company. Easy check-in!

Great place to stay while traveling with a small child.

We enjoyed it very much. The place was nice and clean, loved our stay. The family of four enjoyed it very much, grandparents decided to not to come, we missed them and also we missed our dogs a lot other than that place was awesome. We sure will come back. This place is perfect for a family.
Bottom bathroom toilet needed some assistance, maintenance was very quick to fix it. A couple of light bulbs are out, just an FYI, no issues though.

Nice, clean, homy and a very safe environment.

The home was very clean and tidy. The small starter supplies to get you started were very helpful. A few extra trash bags would be helpful. Location is quiet, across from the pool and within walking distance to the beach. The bike rental company is located at the edge of the complex. Super affordable! Only item that requires attention is the rear deck. Definitely could be an enjoyable extension to the home if cleaned and with proper furniture!

Nice relaxing weekend

The place here was a great location to the beach but also had a pool right across the condo for relaxing at a pool. Good size for our family of seven, comfortable and cozy stay.

Great place for our girls trip. There were7 of us. 10 minute walk to the beach. Very clean but a few maintenance issues. The handle on the sliding glass door was broken (doors were still useable). The dryer is pretty useless. The contact was very responsive throughout.

The entire family had a great time! The Villa was absolutely beautiful and exceeded expectations. It was definitely nicer than going back to a hotel at the end of the day and being able to prepare meals was a real money saver. Would definitely do it again. Thank you!

This condo was perfect for our group of 6- three adults and three children. Great location to the beach, and the pool is right out the front door. LSI was amazing, and responses were prompt. The condo is clean and updated.
The kitchen had everything we needed for our week-long stay. the bathrooms were supplied with min shampoo and conditioner too! All three bedrooms had TVs and their own bathroom, which was perfect for our needs. The bunk room has a twin over full with a twin pull-out trundle bed.
The air conditioning is STRONG (which is great for the hot and humid weather!) but needs to be adjusted, or it can get absolutely freezing. We did feel the back patio needed chairs and a small table to be usable. Additionally, the dryer took multiple cycles to dry clothing and many more to dry towels.
Overall, the stay was perfect, and we have no complaints!

The condo was exactly as pictured; we enjoyed our stay here! We had a few hiccups but they did not affect our stay because communication was super responsive and helped us resolve everything immediately.
The walk to the beach was perfect and location was very quiet! Our only wish was that the back patio was maintained so we could use it in the mornings or evenings.

This place is just what we were looking for. Location couldn’t have been better. Just a walk out the front door and we were at the pool and literally a 10 min walk to the beach. The deck box with everything you could need for a day at the beach was an added bonus. Clean, very spacious and quick responses to any of my questions. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

This condo is a fantastic value. It's close to the beach and Coligny plaza and right across the street from the pool. The interior seems recently redone, has all of the amenities you would expect and the bedrooms are large.
The property is very shaded and has a small deck out back.
We didn't have any issues and I wouldn't hesitate to book again!

It was 9 of us all together and we had a 6 month infant with us, the air bnb that we stayed in accommodated is with a play pen even though we didn’t ask for it!! The place was really nice and very clean and was walking distance from everything!! We had such a great time and will definitely book again through them!!

Great location. Short walk to the beach and the pool is right across the street. Loved the chairs and cart provided by the host, as they came in handy. Adventure Park is right around the corner. We had everything we need to enjoy our stay and loved playing the board games. Had flyers of places to go and things to do. Would recommend and we will definitely book again. Thank you so much.

Everything about this Villa was perfect! Very spacious and immaculately clean. Easy walking distance to food, shopping, and beach. The kitchen was well stocked and a generous amount of bath towels and wash cloths were supplied. Will be back!!

A beautiful, clean, well appointed condo in a wonderful setting. Short walk/bike ride to the beach. Located near the sea pines area of the island, so very quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and can’t wait to go back! Toni with LSI is top notch, very responsive and patient with all the questions I had.

Tastefully decorated and meticulously clean condo in a great location. We spent 3 nights and enjoyed the close proximity to the bike trails and beach. Prompt communication from LSI. Quiet complex with adequate parking. Would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect getaway house. I didn’t expect it to be as roomy as it was. The decor was beautiful and the location was perfect. We got a great last minute deal which was an added plus.

Location is great, communication is instant, guests need to take out the trash to the dumpster at the exit of the complex.
