Check out all this renovated vacation rental villa has to offer at our Hilton Head Resort villa. It has an open floor plan with quartz counter-tops, stainless appliances, stainless farm sink, and tile plank flooring throughout. The villa sleeps 6 with a queen bed in the main bedroom, 2 twin and a twin over full bunkbed in the second bedroom. It comfortably sleeps 6 people and is located on the quiet third floor. Elevator is close to the entrance of the villa. Relax at the indoor pool and hot tub on chillier days. The resort has 3 pools, a seasonal deli and beach bar. Seasonal Shuttle will get you to the beach.
Hilton Head Resort has amazing amenities, well maintained grounds, and it is a short walk or bike ride to the beach. You can also ride the beach shuttle during the summer season.

No parking fees at Hilton Head Resort. Guests must be registered at the Security Gate before entering.
Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of reservations more than 30 days before arrival are fully refunded. Cancellations of reservations between 14-30 days before arrival are refunded 50%. Cancellations of reservations less than 14 days before arrival are non- refundable.
Deposit Policy
One-half of the charge is collected to confirm your reservation. The balance will be processed 30 days before your arrival date.

A perfect place to see and enjoy Hilton Head! The amenities were awesome..indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, workout room and walking track, tennis courts, bike rental..(Louis the owner ---was geat!)...parking was a bit odd--low spaces under the buildings. The resort is older - but the rental was completely updated with many extras---(beds were great)...beach chairs, hangers, lots of couch space, blankets, pillows...new coffee pots, new faucets. The host was AMAZING..and answered my questions really fast. Bring some ear plugs....just in case you are a light sleeper..lots of people out and about..could be a bit noisy. Would stay there again...Thank you!

The rental was good. Decent for the $850 cost for three nights. Very serious about checking out at 1000. We arrived at 3, long trip in and was reminded of the 4pm check in.
At check out, House cleaning services showed up pearing through the door at 0958. All items were already outside door for assistance from fam to get from 3rd floor unit. I had a busted leg. Only disappointing issue was $160 bucks cleaning fee and $108 bucks service fee and you have to "collect all the trash, take it to the dump, wash the dishes and collect all towels." Overall stay was comfortable for the cost.
A really nice and spacious apartment, will definitely come back

We really enjoyed our stay. It's on the 3 floor of apartment style building with an elevator. it was an enjoyable weekend. The place seems to have been updated which looked very nice and cozy
We had a wonderful weekend celebrating our son’s 21st birthday. The condo was perfect. It was clean, has games to play, beach chairs, and a wagon. We can’t wait to visit again!
We loved the villa and had an excellent stay. It is a very nice unit and matched our style perfectly. We would stay here again.
Beautiful and well stocked condo in Hilton Head. Beach is in walking distance and a beach wagon would be helpful to carry beach stuff.
