Check out all this brand-new renovated vacation rental villa has to offer. It has an open floor plan with quartz counter-tops, stainless appliances, luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. All new furniture for your enjoyment. The villa has a queen bed in the main bedroom, 2 twins in the other bedroom, and a queen pull--out sofa in the living room. It comfortably sleeps 6 people and is located on the quiet top floor.
Fiddlers Cove has nice amenities, well maintained grounds, and is a short walk to Folly Field Beach or Island Park Beach

Oceanside Properties is located on Hilton Head Island. Guest services are just a call away and you can contact us 24/7 with any questions or concerns.
The nearest beach is Folly Field Beach with features rest rooms and a shower for getting the sand off.
The island contains many world class golf courses as well as countless local seafood restaurants, bike rentals to enjoy over 150 miles of biking trails. Many things are happening on the island at any given point of the year. There are lots of fireworks and other family-oriented events that occur during the summer months.
There are 50 miles of bike trails on Hilton Head Island. Bike rentals and bike riding is very popular. There is a trolley that runs on the island during the summer and The Breeze bus public transportation stops in the neighborhood in addition to traveling by car.

No parking fees at Fiddlers Cover. Any additional fees must be paid in full within 24 hours of booking or the reservation will be canceled.
Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of reservations more than 30 days before arrival are fully refunded. Cancellations of reservations between 14-30 days before arrival are refunded 50%. Cancellations of reservations less than 14 days before arrival are non- refundable.
Deposit Policy
One-half of the charge is collected to confirm your reservation. The balance will be processed 30 days before your arrival date.

Great place to stay! Very clean Airbnb, didn't even find the typical sand everywhere when we got there. The host was responsive to our questions and issues. One thing to note, they do ask you to turn the thermostat up when you leave so it's warm when you arrive and it took the first night to cool off for us because they limit what you can turn it down to. But they did provide fans in the bedrooms so we slept comfortably! Very comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. only 2 inconveniences, we reserved it for 6 people but we could not find extra sheets for the pullout couch needed to sleep the additional 2. Also the toilet had a slight leak at the bottom by the floor which I'm sure will be getting fixed after I let them know. It's on the 3 floor of apartment style building with no elevator so glad we didn't pack bags that were too heavy. Otherwise it was an enjoyable weekend. The place seems to have been updated which looked very nice and cozy
We had a wonderful weekend celebrating our son’s 21st birthday. The condo was perfect. It was clean, has games to play, beach chairs, and a wagon. We can’t wait to visit again!
We loved the villa and had an excellent stay. It is a very nice unit and matched our style perfectly. We would stay here again.
Beautiful and well stocked condo in Hilton Head. Beach is in walking distance and a beach wagon would be helpful to carry beach stuff.
