Check out all this brand-new renovated vacation rental villa has to offer. Beautiful kitchen with plenty of storage and outlets. It has an open floor plan with quartz counter-tops, all new stainless appliances, tiled flooring in living area. Washer & Dryer in the villa, All new furniture with charging outlets. Renovated ensuite with a beautiful walk-in shower with a rain shower head and hand held. The villa has a King bed in the main bedroom, a full and twin in the other bedroom, and sleeps 5. It comfortably sleeps 5 people and is located on the 2nd floor. Right outside of this villa you will find gas grills, bike racks, and playground. This is one you will want to book year after year.
Fiddlers Cove has nice amenities, well maintained grounds, and is a short walk to Folly Field Beach or Island Park Beach

Oceanside Properties is located on Hilton Head Island. Guest services are just a call away and you can contact us 24/7 with any questions or concerns.
The nearest beach is Folly Field Beach with features rest rooms and a shower for getting the sand off.
The island contains many world class golf courses as well as countless local seafood restaurants, bike rentals to enjoy over 150 miles of biking trails. Many things are happening on the island at any given point of the year. There are lots of fireworks and other family-oriented events that occur during the summer months.
There are 50 miles of bike trails on Hilton Head Island. Bike rentals and bike riding is very popular. There is a trolley that runs on the island during the summer and The Breeze bus public transportation stops in the neighborhood in addition to traveling by car.

No parking fees at Fiddlers Cover. Any additional fees must be paid in full within 24 hours of booking or the reservation will be canceled.
Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of reservations more than 30 days before arrival are fully refunded. Cancellations of reservations between 14-30 days before arrival are refunded 50%. Cancellations of reservations less than 14 days before arrival are non- refundable.
Deposit Policy
One-half of the charge is collected to confirm your reservation. The balance will be processed 30 days before your arrival date.

Loved the area and the condo. Originally from Hilton Head so it was great place to stay in center of the island with a lot of different things to do.

This unit was not clean and doesn't have an interior security lock/bar/chain. The furniture in the living room is outdoor wicker furniture, easy to pull cushions to clean, but not very comfortable. Despite that there was a dirty used Kleenex in one chair and a full nutrigrain rapper under the side table. We only cooked one meal, but we had to wash all of the dishes before we use them and noticeable yuck was coming off of it. same with the coffee machine, oh my goodness it was so dirty. Also, as I mentioned at the beginning there is only a keypad lock on the outside and nothing to secure yourself inside at night which means anybody with access to either that keypad code or the master lock code can get into the unit, which made me feel unsafe. If I'd been alone I would've immediately left over that security concern. It is a nice area that the villa is in and it's very close to the beach. The mattresses are very inexpensive hard/firm foam and we would wake up so hot and sweaty from them.

Thanks for your feedback. We sincerely apologize again for the experience. We are very surprised by your complaint that the unit is dirty. I just wanted to let you know that our cleaners are really thorough when it comes to cleaning the unit. I'm confident they won't miss the Kleenex and wrapper. You also reported all of this 48 hours later. I also offered to return our cleaners several times, but you declined. You never let me know about the coffee maker or the unclean dishes. Regarding the lock, no one can access your unit because the code is updated for each check-in. There has been no report of someone breaking into the unit. Regarding the bed, we have already installed a twin mattress topper on the bed today. Thank you!

The condo was overall nice, kitchen was well stocked and nicely updated.. The living room has patio furniture which is odd. The beds were rock hard to the point that everyone’s backs were hurting and my 12 year old said he wanted to go home because he was pretty sure his bed was made of actual rock.
The pool was nice and the beach was less than a ten minute walk or a two minute drive to public beach access (we chose to drive to public beach access). The public access had really cheap parking, nice boardwalk, bathrooms, shower area and vending machines.
The host communicated frequently. We didn’t have any issues so I don’t know how responsive they would be in that situation. We had a great trip but I couldn’t wait to be back in my bed at home. Lol!

Was nervous with this being a new listing, however super excited we decided to stay. All new everything in this newly renovated condo. As described you are two blocks and about a 5 minute walk to a public beach access that has restrooms and vending machines!

Wonderful place to stay! We had a great week and the beach is very close. The host was quick to reply and very helpful!
Great place to stay! Very clean Airbnb, didn't even find the typical sand everywhere when we got there. The host was responsive to our questions and issues. One thing to note, they do ask you to turn the thermostat up when you leave so it's warm when you arrive and it took the first night to cool off for us because they limit what you can turn it down to. But they did provide fans in the bedrooms so we slept comfortably! Very comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again.
