Bring the family to this renovated vacation villa iat The Dunes on S. Forest Beach, Hilton Head's best location. Across the street from the beach. Close to Shopping, restaurants, and Sea Pines Resort! It has a comfortable floor plan; fully stocked kitchen for cooking with quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer and large coastal tiling throughout. It features a king bed in the master, Full over Full bunkbed with single trundle in the 2nd bedroom. The living room features a leather recliner sofa and 2 comfortable side chairs. It has room 6 people and is located on the first floor of the resort. No need to climb any steps. You will be happy you booked this villa.
The Dunes is a quiet community on S. Forest Beach Drive and has nice amenities with well-maintained grounds and a large pool with plenty of seating at the pool.,
This is a first-floor villa with no steps to climb and an easy walk on the beach path or bike ride to the beach. Shopping and restaurants of Coligny nearby. Centrally located on the desired south end of the island with everything Hilton Head has to offer close by!
Hilton Head is a bike riding community with over 50 miles of bike paths. HHI is also know for its golf courses, tennis courts, and pickle ball courts.
Oceanside Properties is located on Hilton Head Island. Guest services are just a call away and you can contact us 24/7 with any questions or concerns.
No parking fees at Dunes. We issue 2 parking passes left at the villa. Parking is assigned and any 2nd car must park at the pool. It is the tenant's responsiblity to put the parking passes back in the villa before you leave or a $100 fee will be charged if not left there.
Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of reservations more than 30 days before arrival are fully refunded. Cancellations of reservations between 14-30 days before arrival are refunded 50%. Cancellations of reservations less than 14 days before arrival are non- refundable.
Deposit Policy
One-half of the charge is collected to confirm your reservation. The balance will be processed 30 days before your arrival date.

A wonderful place to stay, very comfortable and they have my favorite sofa of an Airbnb I have ever stayed in. It’s also very walk/bikable. If you want to park and never get the car again while on vaca you absolutely could. Would stay again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay , everything is close by and the beach is truly across the street . We could walk if we wanted to . The boat was very helpful and responds in a timely manner. Felt right at home

I loved everything about this air bnb. Mary was very responsive and always answered within a couple of minutes. The beach was within walking distance. The surroundings were completely and utterly beautiful.

Loved the place. Beautiful renovations and clean. It was walking distance to the beach. Loved the ground floor but upstairs renters had a small child running until after 10 at night. Also didn’t like the extra fees added on to the total amount.

It was our second visit to this lovely property. It is walking distance to Coligny Plaza that is full of shops and restaurants. The property is beautifully remodeled. The bathrooms are gorgeous. We enjoyed the patio overlooking the pool for our morning coffee and evening cocktails. We will surely be back again!

Very pretty little apartment that matches the description. Host was very thorough in communication and responsiveness. Location isn’t far from the beach, but it is a bit of a walk. Pool was nice to have use of (after the walk). Water pressure was a bit of an issue, we notified the host to repair. No WiFi that we found, but it’s nice to unwind without it.
