The King Master Bed has a brand new Tempur-Pedic mattress and a private seating area with French doors leading to the back patio. The back garden patio features a walk-in non-heated pool with a heated jacuzzi in the evenings 6-10. Pool is not heated and the jacuzzi is set up to run automatically from 6-10 every day. Perfect location in Sea Pines close to Harbour Town, Heritage Golf Course, and South Beach. Hop on your bike and get on the bike trail right behind this home. Bike to the beach or Salty Dog Marina restaurants or play golf on one of the 3 golf courses in Sea Pines. No pets are permitted in this home.

Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $500 cleaning fee.
