Breakers 221 - Walk to Beach, Shops and Dining

This was the perfect stay for our first trip to Hilton Head. Location was perfect, walkable to shops and restaurants. Easy access to pool and ocean. The unit was perfect size for 2 people and had everything we needed for our stay. Had a nice balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. Parking is on premise and there is so much in walkable distance we didn’t even need to use it. The whole checking in and checking out was simple and easy. Without a doubt we will be staying here on our next visit, hopefully next year.

Location was perfect, from pool and beach, to all the shopping and dining right across the street. Host was great at answering questions and quick in every response. Place was as pictured, maybe felt a little cramped though once you were in it. There was 2 of us and that made it comfortable, but if there were any more people we would’ve felt a little crowded.
A few cons to point out would be- bunk beds extremely uncomfortable and should be advertised for small kids, as not even a teen would be comfortable. Outlets didn’t all work (hair dryer & phone charging) and concern with no gfi outlet right over bathroom sink. Definitely felt dated, which was fine for us, but if you’re looking for new and modern it doesn’t have that feel. Bedroom bed comfortable slept 1 person, but little walking room or size of bed to sleep 2. Walls were thin so we did hear evening noise.
Again, we had an amazing stay but thought the few cons were worth mentioning for honest feedback.
But amazing views!!

Beakers is well kept and maintained. Food, restaurants, grocery store, retail stores all within in walking distance and the beach is right out in front.

Would 100% stay here again!

We had a great stay at Oceanside - it was an AMAZING location and we loved having such easy access to the pool, beach, and everything Coligny Plaza had to offer. The space was cozy and comfortable and Oceanside was very helpful - my only complaint was that everything was very dated, from the appliances to the aged linens. And the building is horrible for sound - we got to listen to every upstairs neighbor all night every night.

worked for us. I would leave a few provisions If I was the owner like salt and pepper, napkins, dish washing liquid, sandwich size and quart size storage bags, Kleenex and one extra garbage bag. At least salt and pepper

Definitely recommend! Our weekend stay was a quick in/out for the HHI Marathon but this quaint condo was exactly as described and was a perfect landing spot for our active family of four. We were out and about most of the time - if you are looking for a condo to stay and relax in most of the day, you may feel a bit cramped but it was perfect for us. View from the balcony is excellent and while we didn’t use the beach chairs, they were a nice option - so generous to provide these! Plenty of towels and blankets for use and the host even included a few dishwasher and laundry pods - also so generous and I appreciated! Very easy walk to restaurants, shops, bike rentals, etc. Parking was plentiful and stairs/elevator very accessible. Beach was just beautiful and our kids loved running around even though it was a bit chilly. What more can I say? This place was great and we will be back! Thank you for a fun and memorable stay.

Great view of the water, peaceful and had beach access. We walked everywhere because the location was very convenient. Will definitely stay again.

From check in to check out, this was the perfect stay. Everything is either walkable or a bike ride away. The condo was clean and stocked appropriately for a dinner at home or an evening out. The beach access is perfect and right in the best beach on the island in my opinion. Definitely will be back!

Very clean and perfect location. The views from the deck were beautiful. We enjoyed walking on the beach, but enjoyed lounging at the pool more than sitting on the beach. The lock to get in was somewhat tricky. But actually, the combination of electronic lock and key entry makes it more secure. This one will be the first place week try to book the next time we go to Hilton Head Island.

The space was perfectly described and exact to photos. Our only complaint were the neighbors above us. We could hear every single step they took, even past midnight. Other than that it was great

everything was great except the housekeeper started at 9:15 to try and clean the room, even though checkout is 10:00, then again at 9:50, checkout is 10:00, not earlier. don’t feel like that was right

Our stay was fantastic! Never needed to drive our car anywhere! The unit was spotless and I’m a clean freak! Communication was easy and the kitchen was very well equipped.

Nice place and location. unit was a little smaller layout than I anticipated but overall a good place to stay!

All in all i would say its a win. Kids loved it. I loved it. I felt well taken care of and any question was usually answered pretty quickly over email.

Great location! Easy access to lots of things and right on the beach. Extremely clean. Bed was really uncomfortable but that’s the only complaint.

This villa is in the perfect location within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars and shopping. We really enjoyed the live music and great food at the Tiki Hut and Sandbar. The villa has everything you need to accommodate your stay.

Great location. It was a little cramped (but we knew that going in), the bed was not very comfortable, and it was a bit noisy being by the elevator. We would definitely stay again knowing all of that.

Homey home ☀️❤️ close to the beach, lots of little shopping stores around walking distances, but also have the outlets just 20 minutes away! Enjoyed my stay here and excited to come back next summer !
