Our 4th floor 2 Bedroom 2 Bath villa is perfect for your family vacation! You will enjoy the incredible sunrise views from the large balcony.. This villa is cozy and feels like home. Pack your bags and head for the beach. It has a King bed in Master and flat screen TVs in the bedrooms and living room. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, and the living room has a pull out sofa to easily sleep 6 and not feel cramped. White and bright kitchen with granite counters and, tiled floors throughout.. Enjoy your time and make it a vacation to remember at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort.
Enjoy your own piece of paradise, Put your toes in the sand and splash in the ocean at one of the best white sandy beaches on Hilton Head Island. You can enjoy calming ocean views from the balcony of the villa with your morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine at dinnertime. There is a 2 pools at the resort featuring the largest beach front pool on Hilton Head.
The kids will enjoy the summer fun at the resort with Monday night movies at the pool and fun activities during the week. Hilton Head Beach & Tennis is one of the top vacation resorts on Hilton Head Island with on-site restaurants, beach bar, huge oceanfront pool, tennis, pickle ball courts, playground, surf fishing, and the Atlantic Ocean right there.
There are drinks and food at the poolside cafe, pizza and sports pub are located at conference center. Bike Rentals at the Resort, and the ice cream stand is open seasonal. Lots of public golf nearby, tennis courts and pickleball on site, Largest beach front pool on Hilton Head, work out room and play ground. Hilton Head Island has 50+ miles of biking and hiking trails to get around the island. There is the Breeze bus for public transportation and shopping and restaurants are an easy drive with plenty of public parking on the island.

Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of reservations more than 30 days before arrival are fully refunded. Cancellations of reservations between 14-30 days before arrival are refunded 50%. Cancellations of reservations less than 14 days before arrival are non- refundable.
Deposit Policy
One-half of the charge is collected to confirm your reservation. The balance will be processed 30 days before your arrival date.

Everything was very clean. Very limited on cookware. Internet connection was not very good at all. But we love the area and had a very nice view. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was nice. it had everything in it we would need. The host was grea. Anytime I messaged her with a question she responded quickly. Communication was great. The only issue we had was the main bedroom door would not lock. Other than that no complaints!

The unit is in a great location on Hilton Head Island. It was clean and nicely appointed. We had a view of the ocean from the balcony.

This rental is exactly as advertised and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay on Hilton Head Island. Ideal rental for family with one or two kids or two couples looking to share a place. I would not recommend this place for any more than four people.
