Luxury remodeled 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Villa just steps from the Beach with a large double sized deck for outside seating, and beautiful views of sunrises and the Atlantic Ocean. Located in one of the best Ocean Front Resorts on Hilton Head with direct beach access. This beautiful villa has been remodeled with travertine flooring, granite countertops, luxury wood cabinets, and an oversized kitchen with seating for six at the table. Newer stainless-steel appliances. Open floor plan with kitchen view to living room and beautiful travertine tile throughout. Remodeled tiled baths and a walk-in shower in the master.
Hilton Head Beach and Tennis offers the largest pool on Hilton Head overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. There are 8 Tennis Courts and 4 Pickleball Courts for guest enjoyment. The resort has a playground, basketball courts, picnic areas with charcoal grills, and bike rentals for family fun!! There are 2 restaurants on site for easy food, and some of the best seafood restaurants with incredible sunsets are an easy drive from the resort.
Admiral Row guests have full access to 2 pools in the resort, tennis courts and pickle ball courts.

There is a playground, basketball court, volley ball on the beach and bike rentals at the resort.
Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is located directly on the beach and close to swimming, golf, tennis and bike riding.
Some of the best water front restaurants such as Hudson’s Dockside and Fish Camp are a short car ride away.
Hilton Head offers 60+ miles of bike and walking paths. You can ride your bike to just about anywhere on the island. including the beach.

Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of reservations more than 30 days before arrival are fully refunded. Cancellations of reservations between 14-30 days before arrival are refunded 50%. Cancellations of reservations less than 14 days before arrival are non- refundable.
Deposit Policy
One-half of the charge is collected to confirm your reservation. The balance will be processed 30 days before your arrival date.

Our condo was clean, had everything we needed, had a great view and made beaching super easy with elevators and beach access right outside the building on both sides. Check in and out was easy. The only thing I’d ask is availability of common food products - salt, pepper, condiments etc. but such a minor thing. Beware that any deliveries you order (grocery, meal delivery etc) you need to set up a $5 access pass or meet them at the gate. But this is reflective of the resort policy and not the condo rental company or the condo itself. We definitely plan to return!
So this is a hard one to review, location is great, ocean was amazing the weather was not the best but that’s not on the rental property! Now this unit was tiny! Old building, the 2 bedrooms could have not been any smaller. Traveling here and staying with 2 adults and few little children felt like we were on top of one another. Also to make things worse, it’s on the top floor… with super super super sloooooow elevator. So watch out, if you are not using stairs you will waste half of your vacation waiting on the elevator!
Place was clean though, super basic kitchen essentials were included, fresh towels and somewhat comfortable beds. Not sure how people can sleep on full size beds without falling off lol!
Overall I rate this maybe 3.75 stars, I didn’t hate my stay but also wouldn’t stay here again, especially for the money charged per night. I have been to Hilton head many times and will continue coming back, but gonna look else where to stay with my family of 5 next time around.

Old unit with some updates. Great view of sunrise and sunset. Good location with lots of restaurants nearby. 2 year old toddler running around and he did fine. Not “kid proof” but not too hard to adapt. Would stay again
