Our 3rd floor ocean front 2 Bedroom 2 Bath villa is perfect for your family vacation. This villa has stunning and calming ocean views from the double sized balcony. The unit is cozy and has a coastal feel. It has a Queen bed in the Master and a private master bath. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, and the living room has a pull-out sofa to easily sleep 6 and not feel cramped. The villa features a white and bright kitchen with quartz counter tops and a glass tiled backsplash. The floors are tiled throughout. Enjoy your own piece of paradise, Put your toes in the sand and splash in the ocean at one of the best white sandy beaches on Hilton Head Island. Enjoy the pool at Admiral Row or the second pool at the resort which is the largest beach pool on Hilton Head.
The kids will enjoy the summer fun the resort has to offer with Monday night movie at the pool and fun activities during the week. Hilton Head Beach & Tennis is one of the top vacation resorts on Hilton Head Island with on-site restaurants, beach bar, huge oceanfront pool, tennis, pickle ball courts, playground, surf fishing, and the Atlantic Ocean right there.
There are drinks and food at the poolside cafe, pizza and a sports pub are located at conference center. Bike rentals right at the Resort, and the ice cream stand is open seasonal. Lots of public golf nearby, tennis courts and pickleball on site, Largest beach front pool on Hilton Head, a workout room and playground. Washers and Dryers on site in building, and an elevator close by. This is a gated resort with 24-hour security and on-site check -in.
Hilton Head Island has 50+ miles of biking and hiking trails to get around the island. There is the Breeze trolly for public transportation at the entrance of the resort, and shopping and restaurants are an easy drive with plenty of public parking on the island.

Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of reservations more than 30 days before arrival are fully refunded. Cancellations of reservations between 14-30 days before arrival are refunded 50%. Cancellations of reservations less than 14 days before arrival are non- refundable.
Deposit Policy
One-half of the charge is collected to confirm your reservation. The balance will be processed 30 days before your arrival date.

Amazing stay for our first HHI visit. Surprise trip for my husband and he loved my selection of AR309.
Mary Ann was above and beyond our expectations for a host. Proactive and response to all outreach. Zero issues this trip but great to know you have a supportive host.
The location was beautiful the rental was exactly as pictured. I was really impressed they thought of everything. Keurig and drip coffee machine all the utensils needed although we did not cook .
Relaxing location helpful friendly desk staff .We were relaxed and rejuvenated here it was PERFECT!
We have already planned to come back for October trip.

We had a very nice stay here. The location is great. Wonderful, expansive ocean view with the boardwalk to the beach right below the unit. Space was updated nicely with everything in good shape. Only complaint were the beds were a little noisy.

The location was AMAZING. Right on the beach. The place was also decorated really cute. One complaint is that is that it wasn’t stocked with the typical amenities you would expect at an Airbnb. The kitchen didn’t have ANY cooking essentials, not even salt & pepper, or sugar for coffee. We were also given only 4 very thin toilet paper rolls for 4 people to use over 4 nights, which was not enough. We had to go out and buy more. We also ran out of the single roll of paper towel we were given.

Admirals Row 309 is the perfect place for your Hilton Head vacation. The condo is tastefully decorated and updated, clean and you just can't beat the view and location!
We had a fantastic stay at admiral row 309. Views truly are amazing and we even saw dolphins. Room was very clean and check in was easy. Very nice resort, will definitely visit again.
Master bed is advertised as a king but it was only a queen.
Very nice view but can’t watch sunrise from balcony. The king size bed is queen size. The place was very clean when arrived. Check out too early.
