Nice place, as advertised, great corner balcony views

This was a very nice unit with a beautiful view of the ocean! Even on the days that the weather wasn't so great, we had that beautiful view and sound of the ocean to enjoy. The owner was great to work with, and the unit was updated and decorated very well. We would definitely recommend this to travelers who want a great, comfortable oceanfront location!

Great, cozy place with a completely unbeatable view. I like that it’s a corner condo so it’s pretty quiet, even next to the stairs, I still wasn’t really disturbed. It’s a little different in that you walk right into the bedroom so it’s a little more like studio vibes BUT that wasn’t a bad thing for us. I could see it being super tight if it’s more than just like a couple, though. But really cozy place and was quiet and peaceful with, of course, a stunning view. Would stay here again!

Great location, small space but plenty of room for the two of us. We had an issue with cleanliness and dirty dishes, the host responded quickly and was apologetic. Would still recommend due to the unbeatable location/view of the beach.

Great location right on the beach. Place was busier/larger than expected and we were nowhere near the advertised amenities. Host was very responsive with clear directions.

Nice, somewhat dated apartment with a nice balcony and stunning sea views.
Also nice that it is on the corner. Mary ann always responded very quickly. And when it turned out that the beach chairs were broken, Chris immediately brought new ones. It is very easy to access the beautiful beach.
Less positive is that shortly after the deadline for cancellation had passed (6 minutes), I was sent a rental agreement that I had to sign in which I would be obliged to pay 8.5% of the rent for any damage. This was not insurance nor was it refundable. I did NOT sign it. Since I had already paid everything through AIRBNB and it is not usual that you have to make a back payment!!

Great stay and was right on the beach! The in-site restaurant/bar by the pool was great for lunch in case you don’t want to drive anywhere. Property did have beach chairs too, which was really convenient.

This is a great place for one or two people. The view of the ocean and the sunrises were spectacular. The short walk made it easy to enjoy the beach. The location was great for exploring the island and other places of interest off island.

This location does have an amazing waterfront view and the beach is easily accessible by stairs or elevator. My boyfriend and I only stayed two nights but the inside of this unit was very clean and smelled nice. It is inside a larger resort and it does have the larger resort feel (parking pass required, check in at front desk, etc.). Out of the other units I viewed at this particular location, this one would have been at the top of my top picks for beach access and views. The outside of the buildings seem a little aged and aren’t super modern or flashy, but the price point is right. Roomy enough for two adults.

Stunning ocean view that just glittered in the morning sun. Clean and comfortable, on the smaller side but comfortable for two people. Sitting on the sunny balcony with the beach scene and sound of the surf really makes the place. Loved it!

What can I say? This place was beyond our expectations. Not only was it breathtaking, but it was romantic as well. The view was amazing and the Villa was like being a home from home. I will use them again.

Absolutely beautiful location. The condo was very clean and quiet. The balcony overlooked the ocean. We could see dolphins in the morning while the sun rose. A perfect place for a getaway.

This was a wonderful spot to stay. It was quiet, clean and steps from the beach. The only disappointment is that it is sparse-not great cooking supplies, not even extra coffee filters. The bedding and upholstery could also use an update but other than that we loved it and would stay again!

Great place to stay in Hilton Head if you like being right on the water! We loved listening to the sounds of the ocean through the screen door rocking us to sleep at night and the star gazing was awesome as well! The place was clean enough and spacious enough for up to 4 people but I would not recommend booking if you have 5 or more in your group. I highly recommend this location though and would book again for a future visit.

Unbeatable location and amazing views. From the moment you step into the unit, you are met with a beautiful view of the ocean. The unit was clean and appeared to be recently updated with tasteful touches of coastal decor. Check in and out was seamless, great communication from the host. The unit is steps from the beach and in a very safe resort. Quick drive to all the hustle and bustle of the island, this beach area is much quieter and laid back which made for a relaxing weekend for us.

Clean and comfortable unit overlooking a beautiful beach. Plenty of amenities and things to do. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable mini-vacation.

Location, Location, Location! One of the reasons I booked this particular condo, Admiral Row #308 is because its ocean facing. I wasn’t disappointed during my stay, I enjoyed breakfast and lunch on the balcony just watching and listening to the ocean. The place is a little dated but it was a great price and I couldn’t beat the views. The place comes with a fully stocked kitchenette with a dining room table inside and a breakfast, two-seater on the balcony. This particular unit is on the end, so you’re next to the stairs and access to the beach. There a two restaurants on site, so you don’t have to leave the community. They also have alcoholic drink specials. I didn’t rent a bicycle but they are available as well. All in all, if I came back to the area I’d stay here again.

The condo was just as described and views were amazing. The resort was quiet and very kid friendly. There was plenty of parking which made the trips in and out from unpacking very convenient. Good WiFi and good amenities. Would recommend this to anyone heading to Hilton Head with or without kids.

The location is perfect especially if you want a very short walk to the beach. The view from the balcony was amazing too.

This rental is spectacular. The sprawling ocean views from this corner unit are fantastic and the sound of waves fills the living room when the sliding door is open. It was clean, updated, and well-appointed. Both the bed and pull out sofa were very comfortable. Awesome shower. Great communication from the rental company. Some starter consumables were provided (such as toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen sponge, etc.) as well as towels and linens. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware/bakeware. Bring a few trash bags for a longer stay…only one small one was provided. The only con for us was that the bedroom window didn’t open/had no screen. This is probably not an issue for summer visitors who are mostly using the AC, but we would have preferred the cool ocean breeze in the bedroom at night. This was a small con though when compared to how great this rental is! We would definitely return if we visit Hilton Head again.
