Our 2nd floor 2 Bedroom 2 Bath villa is perfect for your family vacation, and it's just steps to the beach and overlooks the pool from the balcony. This unit is cozy and feels like home. It has a King bed in Master and flat screen TVs in the bedrooms and living room. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, and the living room has a pull out sofa to easily sleep 6 and not feel cramped. White and bright kitchen with granite counters and, tiled floors throughout.. Enjoy your time and make it a vacation to remember at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort.
Enjoy your own piece of paradise, Put your toes in the sand and splash in the ocean at one of the best white sandy beaches on Hilton Head Island. You can enjoy calming ocean views from the balcony and the villa is located directly across from the quiet Admiral Row Pool. There is a 2nd pool at the resort which is the largest beach pool on Hilton Head.
The kids will enjoy the summer fun the resort has to offer with Monday night movie at the pool and fun activities during the week. Hilton Head Beach & Tennis is one of the top vacation resorts on Hilton Head Island with on-site restaurants, beach bar, huge oceanfront pool, tennis, pickle ball courts, playground, surf fishing, and the Atlantic Ocean right there.
Drinks and food at the poolside cafe, pizza and sports pub are located at conference center. Bike Rentals at the Resort, and the ice cream stand is open seasonal. Hilton Head Island has 50+ miles of biking and hiking trails to get around the island. There is the Breeze bus for public transportation and shopping and restaurants are an easy drive with plenty of public parking on the island.
One parking pass is included in the displayed rate.
Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of reservations more than 30 days before arrival are fully refunded. Cancellations of reservations between 14-30 days before arrival are refunded 50%. Cancellations of reservations less than 14 days before arrival are non- refundable.
Deposit Policy
One-half of the charge is collected to confirm your reservation. The balance will be processed 30 days before your arrival date.

Easy access to the beach. Be aware that the bedrooms do not have windows.
Nice location in the resort with the Admirals Row pool. Seconds from the boardwalk and beach. Condo was nice and clean and well stocked for what we needed. We will be back!
The condo unit is directly across from one of the on site pools. You can see the ocean from the balcony. It was a short walk to the ocean but not far. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo.
Our stay was great! The location was great also. We will definitely stay there again.
