Amazing beach and ocean views and sounds of the waves from the living room and balcony of this villa. There are beautiful and serene views of the ocean and incredible sunrises to enjoy right from your balcony. You are just steps from one of the best sandy beaches on Hilton Head. This villa has a costal feel and decor throughout with an open floor plan, It has 1 bedroom, a pullout sofa and junior size bunkbeds in the common area. The villa has 1 full bath and kitchen essentials. There is an elevator close to your entrance and a laundry room in the building close by.
Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers 2 swimming pools including the largest beach front pool on Hilton Head. There are 8 Tennis Courts and 4 Pickleball Courts for guest enjoyment. The resort has a playground, basketball courts, picnic areas with charcoal grills, and bike rentals for family fun!! There are 2 restaurants on site for close by dining or beachside eating.
Golf is close by at Port Royal Resort or Palmetto Dunes Resort. Hilton Head has over 50 miles of bike and walking trails. Make your vacation at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort one you will want to return to year after year. Guests have full access to 2 pools in the resort, tennis courts and pickle ball courts. There is a playground, basketball court, volley ball on the beach and bike rentals at the resort, Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is located directly on the beach and close to shopping, golf, tennis and bike riding.
Some of the best water front restaurants such as Hudson’s Dockside and Fish Camp are a short car ride away.

Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of reservations more than 30 days before arrival are fully refunded. Cancellations of reservations between 14-30 days before arrival are refunded 50%. Cancellations of reservations less than 14 days before arrival are non- refundable.
Deposit Policy
One-half of the charge is collected to confirm your reservation. The balance will be processed 30 days before your arrival date.

Few things bring as much peace during chaos as the ocean and being able to sit on the balcony and let the ocean do it's thing was perfect!

The views were gorgeous and the host was very responsive. The beach access could not be closer! We ate at one of the on site restaurants - it was pretty standard fare, nothing special but very convenient to have so close and the service was fast and servers friendly.
Host does have an involved rental agreement much of which they told us to discount as the details didn't apply to our booking. Other than that and the screen door being a bit off the track - everything was perfect! And those elements were very minor.
It was a great pace to stay. Beautiful ocean views. View close to the beach. Was a great unit and would definitely go back again.

Awesome sunrises and quick access to the beach. Very clean and communication about the stay was first class.
The facility was adorable!
We found two roaches inside the condo but overall it’s has nice views and the location was great
Check in and out proces was so easy! The condo was perfect for a beach get away, steps from the ocean, two pools and places to eat were great. Definitely would book again if I go to Hilton Head!

This is the perfect, basic oceanfront condo.
This property was exactly as described and would be a perfect getaway for any couple. It was extremely clean, comfortable, well stocked with essentials, is steps from the beach and the view from the balcony is spectacular. The resort staff was very friendly and security appears to do an excellent job at keeping the property safe/private. Parking is readily accessible by the unit. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay. The view from the porch was lovely to wake up to. It was so nice to be able to access the beach easily. The instructions for everything say to run dishwasher and they even provide dishwasher pods; however there is no dishwasher here. There was also no oven. I think this would make staying here a bit difficult for longer periods of time.
Other than those conveniences we enjoyed staying here and would probably book this location again if looking for a retreat for just a couple of days.

Wonderfully quaint beach front condo. Perfect size for two adults and possibly two small children. The views speak for themselves! Kitchen is equip with essentials which made minor food prep easy! Very easy access to the resort and the rest of the island too! Would recommend for a getaway!
The unit had a gorgeous view of the ocean and the beach was just a few steps away from the door. It was in an older property but the unit was very clean. It had everything we needed for the week. It was a very small space but actually was very efficient layout. We loved hearing the ocean from our room.
