Our condo was clean and equipped perfectly. Oceanside was wonderful to work with. Mary Ann was amazing at communicating whenever we had a question or concern. We would definitely stay again.

Nice area. It isn’t ocean-view but a short walk to beach - condo building is older and dated but most of vacation time is spent at the beach or pool anyhow and it’s probably priced accordingly. Enjoyed both pools and convenience of not having to leave resort for dinners.

The condo was comfortable and a very short, convenient walk to the beach! There were a few things that could be improved upon in the condo/slightly dated, but overall a nice stay and vacation!

Cute, little villa! Felt right at home. Had everything we expected in the listing.

It may be the farthest condo from the beach but the beach is still only a 5ish min walk - very short. The smaller pool is right by this villa, which is a huge bonus! my husband and I loved that it was more private and not as busy as the larger pool onsite. We have a 9 month old and the small pool was perfect and made for quick trips. The larger pool is about a 10-15 minute walk depending on the route you take.

Instructions were clear. Everything about check-in and check-out was communicated ahead of time. A starter set of shampoo/conditioner, bar soap, a paper towel roll, and a couple of dishwasher detergent packets are provided (probably enough for a 1-2 night stay). I recall this being communicated ahead of time.

Host is very responsive! The water was shut-off temporarily in the villa due to a plumbing issue. I messaged Mary Ann about it, and she was quick to respond and investigate the issue.

Great place! Very clean and clutter free! Short, easy walk to the beach and directly across from the pool.

It was our first time staying with an airbnb and it was an excellent experience. Before arriving Mary Ann answered all of my questions and believe me it was a lot! Check in and door code was available on time if not early. The apartment was clean, linens on beds and enough bath towels for the week. The location was excellent as well.

Thank you for a very positive experience and I would definitely use another airbnb in my future travels. I only wish the airlines ran as smoothly.

Great place and had everything we needed for a quick beach trip!

We’ve stayed in Hilton head for five years and this was our favorite place. Walking distance to the beach. Two pools, fitness center, massive playground and the restaurants on property. The place was a great size. Two bedrooms and a pull out couch. Can’t say enough about this place!!

A big, cute bright 2 bedroom condo. Super short walk to a magnificent beach. Small pool extremely close by and big pool not far either. Well stocked kitchen. Meets all our needs very well.

The location is perfect. The beds were so comfy. It was clean and well stocked. Check in was easy. The whole experience was flawless. You will not be disappointed with this place! We had a great time!

If you are looking for an amazing place to stay you just found it. Minutes from the beach. Great price and super clean and cozy.

This was a great apartment for our stay. It was very comfortable, clean, beds we very comfy. It was just a walk away from the beach. If you stay don’t miss the opportunity to watch a sun rise/set. Will consider recommend and come back in the summer time to enjoy the beach. Also many shops and things to do close by.

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend stay at this condo. We had everything we needed there, and it was well-appointed and clean. The walk to the beach was short, and having an onsite dining option (Gators) was very convenient after spending the day on the beach. We would definitely return and also recommend this condo. While this unit and resort are not luxurious, it is clean and very family friendly. Easy walk to the beach, with amenities like basketball, volleyball & tennis for our teens, and the tiki and sports bars for convenience, we will definitely stay here again.

Let me start off with the positives! This entire property of the HH Tennis and Beach Resort is very well maintained. Beautiful, lush vegetation and flowers. Having multiple options to grab a bite to eat was nice after traveling 12 hours. Everyone that we encountered on the property was very kind and helpful! This particular unit was located at the end of Admirals Rowe which made for easy parking and side access to our room. We were very close to the side pool area and we liked that. We never did find the big pool or the outdoor bar and grill area. I guess we could’ve put a little more effort into exploring the property.

Okay, now the negatives. I really do not like to be negative or leave a bad review. However, I do feel like if people are traveling from long distances and spending their hard-earned money they should be aware of exactly what they are getting. With that being said, a little TLC could go along way in this unit. I’m not talking about gutting the place and starting over, but maybe replace the broken chair on the balcony and provide extra blankets, towels, wash cloths, and paper towels. It was just little things like not having tv remotes that worked properly and not being provided the simplest of items such as salt and pepper shakers that made us feel spoiled by other properties that we have booked through Airbnb. But our biggest disappointment was the extremely limited view that we had of the ocean water. You will definitely not see sand or beach and only a very limited site line of the water. Which that is clearly stated in the property information. I guess I just didn’t fully understand the term “limited”.

A lot of people who had previously stayed there had shared their love of this unit in a journal that was left by owners, but to us it was just okay.

Condo was very nice! The pools had slot offun activities as well. Would of liked to see the pools open past 9pm as there wasn’t much to do after 9. Would definitely recommend to others!

We had a lovely time at HH. The resort and beach were really pleasant. We took full advantage of the playground, tennis courts, pool, beach and BBQ areas.

The condo was perfect for a girls getaway! Everything we needed was at our fingertips. The boardwalk to the beach was close, the unit was perfect and the patio was so relaxing. We were close to restaurants, grocey, and all the parks and bike paths on the island. Next time I will bring my family!
