Admiral's Row 140 - Only Steps from the Beach

The villa was clean, the location to the beach was great, most of the week the area was quiet and relaxing, but By Friday it changed. There was a prom at the resort on Saturday. It was loud and obnoxious from Friday on, drunk kids in the parking lot (villa is on first floor) my granddaughter and I got mooned in the parking lot by a young man and I have never rented from Airbnb and had such a time with a host. Unprofessional in communications, I wasn’t notified until after the fact that housekeeping was entering our villa to drop off washcloths because there was only 3 in a villa that accommodates 6. One of my guests passes that cost $35 each was sent back to the host because she didn’t arrive the same day I did. So Tuesday was another ordeal to deal with when she arrived. Advice - take your extra passes and take care of your guests yourself. Also, Oceanside does not service their guests 24/7. I will not be renting anything from Oceanside in the future.

The unit it's nice. It is in a excellent location right near the beach. It is recently renovated. There aren't a lot of things in the unit that you would normally expect like salt and pepper, coffee, coffee filters, snacks, water so make sure to bring everything you will need. These are things I am used to seeing. The reason given for these things not being in the unit is COVID protocols... ok then why do super hosts do it. Also every time I tried to communicate with the host it was like long automated responses with all capitals. The service didn't feel personalized.

The new new decorated condominium looked great. There is enough room, and the layout is clever because it has the kitchen, dining and living area all in one big room.

We had a lovely stay. Check in was offered earlier than the stated time. It was easy to access the rental. The unit seemed a little less than clean, namely the kitchen and bathroom. Floors were not cleaned well. There was plenty of coffee cups, and a coffee maker. We appreciated that. There was pots and pans, but no salt and pepper or other perks in the kitchen. In the hall bath, the sink faucet handles appear to be in disrepair, it was very difficult to turn the faucet on and off. The air conditioning worked well, and there were fans in every room. The furniture was comfortable, seating was plentiful and the decor was tasteful. In the double bed room, the table was about to fall apart. It was very wobbly. The location had 2 pools, 2 restaurants, and other food amenities. The beach was easy to access and beautiful. Parking was easy to find and the resort is easily walkable. We enjoyed our stay and I would rent this unit again.

We used this company for this property two years ago and the stay was similarly awesome in every way. We had a minor issue with something not working properly and they responded immediately and even had it serviced and fixed while we were there. Great communication and very clean.

Nice, quiet condo next to the beach

Absolutely gorgeous condo! I will definitely come back every time I am in Hilton Head Island! The owner and staff were responsive and accommodating. The use of space was genius! Great decor! The beach is in the back yard and a short walk! Thank you so much!

Place was clean and nicely furnished. We enjoyed easy access to the beach and tennis courts, will be back in the summer when we can enjoy the pool as well! The only negative was the lack of a washer and dryer in the unit, but it was nice to have beach chairs there, overall a nice place with plenty of activities.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was quite, peaceful and a short walk to the beach! Plenty of spaces to sit and eat lunch on the property. Bike rental close buy. Easy check in. Smart tv in main room and regular tvs in the bedrooms. Would love to stay again!

I just wish that all of the vacation rentals had such wonderful people to deal with.

Great beach experience. Awesome unit and location. Host had amazingly quick communication pre check in and directions made check in and out a breeze. Would stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was very close to the beach (about a 3-5 min walk max) and the resort was gorgeous - on sight restaurants, pools, etc!! 10/10 would recommend, we will be coming back!

It is a great place to stay and in a great location.

Very nice condo, the community had everything we needed at ealking distance, from beach access, pool and restaurants. The neighborhood is private and secure. The condo was perfect for our family.

Great place, very clean, as close to the ocean as you can get at an amazing value. Will be back in the future for sure!

LOVED our stay! Unit was cute and clean, close to the beach and pool. We walked to the gate & rented some bikes… just pedaled around the neighborhood… beautiful. Very easy check in. Will definitely be back!

This is was amazing stay. The location was close to everything. We enjoyed the free tennis, the pool, and the beach. The host was absolutely amazing and there was plenty of cookware in the kitchen for a chef like me.

We enjoyed our stay on Hilton Head and the rental was in a nice location. Just a short walk to the beach! The beach chairs and umbrella were nice to have available as well.

Awesome condo, stylish and bright. Short walk to the beach boardwalk (don’t bring a wagon, it doesn’t have a ramp at this access point) but is walkable with lots of beach gear. There were a total of 4 beach chairs (2 nice Tommy Bahama style backpack chairs and 2 you have to carry by hand) and a nice selection of sandcastle accessories. The condo had a starter set of dish soap and trash bags. Bring your own foil, sandwich bags, paper towels and seasoning ie: salt and pepper if you plan to cook. For 4 of us, for a week we ran out of towels and only used them to shower. The mattress in the master suite was soft, and I liked having the bathroom private from the other guests. Pick your food places early in the day and make a reservation to avoid a wait.
Really enjoyed the resort in general, all of the staff was super super nice. Enjoyed poolside drinks, delish. Also really enjoyed a beach animals talk poolside one of the days. I would absolutely stay here again in this exact condo.

Check-in was a breeze. The place was perfectly located - like 2 minute walk to the beach. All of the highly recommended restaurants were within 10 minutes driving. The property manager responded quickly when I had a question. But the one suggestion I'd make is to ensure the hall bathroom is cleaner around the toilet. Otherwise, I'd stay again.

This stay was everything we expected it to be. It was a great place to crash at the end of the day after a long day on the beach or out exploring HHI. This was my second time staying at the beach & tennis resort (but a different unit) and this location really can’t be beat. It’s less than a 2 minute walk to the beach and has great restaurants within a 5-15 minute drive! Back to the place though. The kitchen is truly the star of this unit and has everything you need to make a basic meal and the bedrooms are pretty cozy. Overall, I’d stay again and would recommend to others. P.S. Place was very clean & nicely appointed. Easy access in & out. First floor access makes it real easy to unload & load. Older building, but nicely renovated interior. Good location. Not too far south. Listing says has ocean view, it did not. Nice view of parking lot. It was great for what we needed. Junior golf tourney. May consider again for short stay.

Great place! Perfect location on Hilton Head Island. Everything is on property – the Beach, tennis and pickleball courts, and 2 on-site restaurants! Many restaurants are nearby. And if you are not familiar with HHI, restaurants here are a cut above. Great food, great happy hour (4-7 at most restaurants daily) and great values.

As we stayed at this location for 2 months, we know it extremely well. Some highlights.
– LSI manages the property and is very responsive to inquiries. (Go Christine!)
– The property is new to the Airbnb world. (We were the second group to stay here.)
– The pics are accurate. The kitchen is really that nice.
– Some of the kitchenware is dated (cutlery, pots/pans, dishes, dishtowels), but the owner indicated that they plan to refresh these soon.
– Bike paths cover HHI. Bring your bikes!

The unit doesn't have in-unit wash and dryer. Coin laundry on the second floor.
