Luxury Vinyl Plank coastal flooring throughout, renovated bathrooms, walk-in showers, and tub. The dining room table has seating for 8 for the family to enjoy meals together. All bedrooms have wall mounted smart TVs and ceiling fans. The kitchen is open to living room which makes it perfect for gatherings.
We provide a variety of essentials to enhance your stay, including coffee, tea, hot chocolate, creamer, sugars, a small selection of spices, cooking oil, foil, plastic wrap, and sandwich-size Ziplock baggies.
This Coastal retreat is just 3 blocks from the Folly Field Beach entrance which features bathrooms and an outdoor shower. This home is close to Port Royal golfing, and not far from the Westin Resort. Walk to pickleball courts at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis just up the street. This location is close to restaurants and an easy drive to the best waterfront restaurants on Hilton Head Island.

Cancellations of reservations more than 30 days before arrival are fully refunded. Cancellations of reservations between 14-30 days before arrival are refunded 50%. Cancellations of reservations less than 14 days before arrival are non- refundable.
Deposit Policy
One-half of the charge is collected to confirm your reservation. The balance will be processed 30 days before your arrival date.

This home is perfect! My 5 friends and I enjoyed a long weekend here for my bachelorette and had a lovely time. The Oceanside property hosts are responsive, polite, and accommodating. They do everything in their power to ensure a comfortable stay. The home is an easy 10 minute walk to the beach and has everything you need to enjoy all Hilton Head has to offer. The price was extremely reasonable and the home is clean and well maintained. I would recommend staying with Oceanside properties to anyone. Thank you to their whole team for providing a great vacation experience! We will be happy to stay with them in the future!

We all had a great time. Close to restaurants and about 20 minutes from the outlet malls. Location was close to the beach and neighbors were very sweet. I will stay here the next time I visit Hilton Head.

Don’t think twice about booking this place, it was absolutely beautiful the whole family loved it! Was close to the beach, 11 minutes walking distance. House came with many things! Had beach chairs, beach wagon, and towels! Will definitely be back here again! 10/10

We had a great long weekend stay. Great area and an easy walk or quick drive to the beach. The house was even nicer than the pictures look, with a great backyard. Would definitely stay here again!

Our families of 5 plus two enjoyed this cute little Bungalow. It was clean and easy to find. The walk to the beach was easy as long as you use a wagon to carry your stuff. The house had all the things we needed for the beach!

We had an amazing stay at this sweet little beach house. Walking distance from the beach, outdoor fire pit, yard and yard games, big outdoor dining table, black stone and charcoal grills — this place had it all! There were also beach chairs, wagons, umbrellas, and buckets that made for a great day in the water and on the sand.
The home was spotless and nicely decorated. The kitchen had all of the tools, utensils and containers you could need.
We loved our stay and would love to come back again!
