The location of this fully renovated villa is Ocean Front Villa is the best, and it is just steps from the beach boardwalk and resort pool. This 1-bedroom villa was recently remodeled with a brand-new bath, wide plank luxury vinyl floors, new living room furniture which includes a new queen pull out sofa with a 3″ memory foam mattress, shiplap walls, new quartz countertops, and all new deck furniture and beach chairs. The bedroom is private and has a private entrance to the bathroom. The villa easily fits 2 couples or a family of 4. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook and eat in, or you can enjoy a meal at the balcony table. You can enjoy beautiful, serene sunrises right from you balcony.
You can stay at one of Hilton Head Island’s premier resort Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort. It is family oriented with the largest ocean front pool on the island, a beach-pool cafe, ice cream stand in the summer, and easy access to the beach. This is one of the closest villas to the beach entrance.
During the summer, there are 3 restaurants at the resort, movie pool nights, games and fun pool activities throughout the week. There are tennis and pickle ball courts with a tennis pro on site
There are bike rentals at the resort, and golf is just a mile away at Port Royal Golf Club. You can enjoy riding bikes on the beach or the 50+ miles of bike trails on Hilton Head Island. It just doesn’t get better than this.

Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.
