The modern Coligny Beach Park area provides benches, swings, restrooms, and changing rooms for beachgoers. Just a mile down the coast, the Coligny Plaza Shopping Center has been an island favorite for over 35 years. Here you’ll find over 100 boutiques, beach shops, novelty stores, coffee shops, and delicious island cuisine in one central location. This vacation rental is conveniently close to several golf courses for the active vacationer. At the same time, the Sea Pines Forest Preserve, offering walking paths, boat tours, and a unique archaeological site, is just a little over three miles from your front door.

THINGS TO KNOW
This property has a pool that can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee. If the outside temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool cannot maintain a warmer temperature. Refunds will not be given if the pool does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming.
