The main floor serves as the heart of the home, featuring a spacious living room, a formal dining area, and a fully equipped chef’s kitchen. This level hosts three comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms, along with a dedicated laundry room for convenience.
The upper level acts as a secondary suite, perfect for a second family or guests seeking extra privacy. It includes its own living area, dining space, and a mini-kitchen. The primary king suite is also located here, offering a spa-like experience with a jetted tub, a large walk-in closet, and a separate walk-in shower. Sliding doors lead to an elevated outdoor deck with a dining table, perfect for morning coffee or evening meals while overlooking the private pool and lush backyard.

To ensure a comfortable stay, we provide a full set of plates, glassware, bowls, and cookware. Please note that cooking basics such as oil, salt, pepper, and chopsticks are not provided, so we recommend bringing your preferred seasonings or purchasing them at nearby grocery stores.
For guests traveling with pets, a $350 cleaning fee applies per pet to help maintain our high standards of cleanliness for all future visitors. Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee of $500 per week. While the property does not have an on-site gym, the area offers over 50 miles of walking and biking trails, and world-class golf and tennis facilities are just a short drive away at Port Royal and Palmetto Dunes.

Entry is facilitated via a secure digital lock, and guests will receive a unique code prior to arrival for a seamless check-in experience.
