Tiled floors throughout, quartz counter tops, open floor plan with a sleeper sofa, high top bar, new glass top stove. Elevator is close by and laundry room is across the hall from condo. Just steps from the beach where you can enjoy the largest pool on the beach in Hilton Head and beautiful beaches. Pool bar and cafe with live music during the summer, kids' activities, and Monday night movies at the pool. Private bedroom has a newer queen bed with private entrance to bath. There is a newer sleeper queen sofa in the living room and a set of bunks. Hilton Head has over 50 miles of biking and walking trails. Bike rentals are on site. There is public transportation with a stop right outside of the resort.
Any applicable parking fees are NOT included in the displayed rate. Additional fees must be paid in full within 24 hours of booking or the reservation will be canceled.
Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.
