Second time staying in this condo. It was wonderful again and we love HH beach and tennis resort. Trip was unfortunately cut short from the hurricane but the owner worked with us and provided information. Overall we loved it and will be coming back again!

Nice one bedroom condo steps away from the beach. It was fine for 2 people, might be crowded for more than 2 - 3. Easy to get in and out of the community. Nice big pool. Very peaceful.

The condo was just as described. All the amenities needed. Place was clean upon arrival. Great view of the ocean. Short walk to the pool and beach. We love hilton head beach and tennis resort. It’s family friendly and easy to get around. The place was very clean, quiet, and everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay and would come again!

No bathroom door between main room.

This was a great place to stay to enjoy Hilton Head Island and all it has to offer. We loved sitting on the outside porch and listening to the waves in the morning. The beds were comfortable and they provided plenty of towels and linens for our stay. We were disappointed there were no beach items to use during our stay provided with our stay. We were also disappointed that there was no bathroom door for privacy in the bedroom from the bathroom. Overall, it was a great stay and we can’t wait to come back to visit HHI again in the future.

Great place and good location

Good location to beach. We did find leftover trash from previous visitor under the pull out couch. It would have been nice to have provided beach chairs! Not as nice as we expected it to be but good enough for a beach weekend getaway.

Nice location, very family friendly. Close to the beach and pool is right there. Good size for my husband and infant and I, we brought our own pack and play.

My husband and I had a great stay at LSI Vacation Rentals. The space was comfortable for us two and loved that we could walk to the beach and pool.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here, the facilities and amenities are perfectly placed. The entire resort is nice and quiet unlike some of the other popular beach destinations. I’ll give this place a 9.5 out of 10 just because they should consider upgrading the mattresses in the units. Other than that, the stay was great overall.

This is a very nice end unit with an ocean view. We enjoyed our coffee in the morning out on the balcony while taking in the view.
We appreciated the generous supply of plush quality towels provided. Also, appreciated the good water pressure in the shower (you never know).
We had lunch at Jamaica Joe’z located by the pool and beach. They had some nice “drinks of the day” and a good menu. Look forward to our next visit.

The condo was a great place for first time visitors to the island! Getting around the island proved took longer than we had imagined but being right in the middle and on the beach was the right choice.

Wonderful stay here , a little tight fitting for a huge family but it work for the location and spot near the beach !

This was our first time renting Airbnb and we had a great time. Great location, a short walk to the beach and pool. It was nice having a restaurant within the facility upon late arrival to the location and the pool hut for bar food and drinks at the pool and beach. Rental agent was quick on replying to text regarding connecting to internet. We will definitely come again. Plenty of parking and a bonus with an elevator with luggage.

Location is great. A little small if you plan to spend more time inside the unit. On the beach and close to shopping and activities.

Was a lovely place to stay during our week in Hilton Head. The villa is right by the ocean, with a really nice sunset and sunrise to see over the ocean from the balcony. It was clean, well-stocked with kitchen utensils and everything else to make sure it was comfortable. Wold absolutely love to stay again in the future!

The condo was clean and well supplied. We had plenty of towels and clean sheets. Check in was easy. The condo is steps away from the beach and a restaurant and a bike rental. The condo is very compact; it was perfect for the two of us. Even though there are two additional bunks it might be a tight space for more people. We will definitely be returning for a restful getaway in the future.

Condo is very nice and has a great access to the beach and pool, very short walk. Cannot wait to book this place for our next vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. The unit has easy access to the pool and beach (5 minute walk).

We had a great stay here! The condo is clean and well-equipped, the AC worked really well, and most importantly the beach access could not be more convenient! It is literally a two minute walk from the condo to the beach. We did not take advantage of the bike rental but it was also very close, and as others have mentioned there is a trolley stop just outside the complex. The restaurants on site do seem to get busy but are also walkable and convenient. The ONLY thing I would want to give other guests a heads up about is that the condo is pretty small—it was fine for two adults, and I think would still be ok with up to two younger kids, but I wouldn’t try to do 4 adults, personally. But if this listing seems to be the right size for your party, you can’t beat the proximity to the beach!

Very nice spot, close to beach, close to all the places we like to visit.

Cute little condo in a great location. We enjoyed being able to grab drinks or pizza from the bar at the convention center. The pool is fantastic and really close to the beach! Our kids had a great time swimming every day. The drinks and food at the pool were also really good. The property management team was easy to work with and prompt in returning messages. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place and amazing location. Almost like a resort with beach access, beachside restaurant and a nice pool. Security was great, felt very safe. Highly recommend.

We loved this place! So beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. We ate dinner by the pool one night from one of the restaurants. Close to other restaurants, shopping and Kroger/CVS should you need groceries or toiletries. This unit is an end unit so we had extra windows and loved the extra light. Easy walk up the stairs or you could take the elevator which was a little farther walk. You can see the ocean from the balcony. 10/10 recommend!!

This space was perfect for my partner and I. We were a 2 minute walk from the beach which was perfect. The bike rentals were right there and very affordable for the week. We also enjoyed being able to safely bike (and take the free trolly) to Kroger, Kilwin’s, and surrounding restaurants.

Beautiful location walking distance to the beach...the host was always there to assist with anything that came up! Will definitely book again soon!
