Our 4th floor 2 Bedroom 2 Bath villa is perfect for your family vacation! You will enjoy the incredible sunrise views from the large balcony.. This villa is cozy and feels like home. Pack your bags and head for the beach. It has a King bed in Master and flat screen TVs in the bedrooms and living room. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, and the living room has a pull out sofa to easily sleep 6 and not feel cramped. White and bright kitchen with granite counters and, tiled floors throughout.. Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.
