Great place, close to the beach. The only thing is they have a full kitchen but make sure if you plan on cooking bring the most basic essentials like salt, pepper, and sugar.

The place has puzzles and family friendly games. Great time!

Great place to stay! Very clean and cozy and only a short walk of bike ride to the beach. It was perfect for us!

The condo was perfect. We felt right at home there. Location was great easy walk to beach and short drive to Bluffton where we have family. Would stay there again! Made for a great week with family!

Convenience for a wedding at the Westin

This rental was amazing! It is located near the Westin and close to the beach. The complex is so clean and safe. The bed was comfortable and the place was very spacious. If we are headed to Hilton Head again, I would not hesitate to stay here.

It was stated that there was a starter amount of things left for us, one thing they missed was coffee filter or a few Kerig pods. They had both but nothing for you to use, and for me coffee is important

Decent condo but the location left a little to be desired. Had to walk about a mile to get to the beach. Also, the tv in one of the bedrooms wouldn't allow us to watch channels that we could get on the other tvs without a pin. Nobody could provide the pin. Also, I smacked my head on the bar for the shower door.

This was our first visit to South Carolina and we were so impressed in general by the cleanliness of Hilton Head. This condo was no deviation from that. My husband and I traveled with our toddler and my mom so the space was perfect - we both had our separate bedroom and bathroom spaces while the living spaces were combined. It was great having a small kitchen so we could cook some meals and it was really nice having in-unit laundry (although the dryer really didn't work). The best feature for us was the proximity to the pool and beach - you really can't beat it! Highly recommend.

Pros: Great location to beach and wedding we attended at the Westin. Plenty of parking and building was quiet. Looks like pictures provided. Awesome communication from vacation rental company and flexibility with check in.

Cons: lived in space with stains on floor, ceilings, broken blinds etc and today the host/staff entered the condo unannounced. They said it was an accident but still was slightly uncomfortable.

Condo very clean! Super easy check in and out. Short walk to beach, but not to bad.

The walk to the beach is probably 8 minutes! As soon as we arrived we noticed the tv was not working. I contacted the host and Mary-Ann was super quick to respond. She sent out a maintenance guy & he said it was broken so the next day he brought out another TV. The bath tub was clogged. I immediately told the host but no one ever came to fix it. It was really uncomfortable having to shower with a clogged tub. One night we were coming back from dinner and the keyless pad stopped working it was just unfortunate having to wait around almost 2 hrs of being locked out of the house! We have a toddler so it was unfortunate having to wait outside.The guy arrived and said the door needed a new battery. Next day they came to fix the keypad but it still wouldn’t lock so it was unfortunate having to deal with this during vacation time. It’s little things that could have been prevented. The water was also out from 9-4pm for the whole block. They have no control of this but still unfortunate event

Very quiet, easy walk to the beach, clean.

Excellent stay! Everything was exactly as described and fully functional. We enjoyed the private balconies, comfortable beds and it was a quick walk to the beach. We also enjoyed laying in the sun by the pool since it was extremely windy the days we were there.

Mary Ann was very quick to respond, Condo was quite and spacious. While the beach is an easy walk, how to get there is no inherently obvious.

This condo was perfect for two couples in town for a wedding weekend at Port Royal. The communication was great with the owner as we navigated challenges due to the hurricane, very impressed with the management. Would definitely stay here again.

This unit is spacious, beautifully maintained, quiet, and located with great proximity to Islanders Park Beach! Our primary activities associated with the unit included sitting on the patio, napping, relaxing in the pool, and wandering along the beach. Other island adventures are accessible via rented bikes or short drives! If/when we are able to make more memories on HHI, this unit will be where we hope to stay again.

This airbnb is very clean, pretty, functional, has a good location, and it is affordable. My group consisted of two couples total and the layout of the place was PERFECT. Each side had a bedroom and bathroom and in the middle was the kitchen and living space. The host was also incredibly easy to contact which was helpful. I would stay again!

This place was perfect get away. Playground, pool and beach were all very close and convenient so the kids were always entertained. The inside of the condo was beautiful decorated and more important comfortable. Lucky we found this gem!

Great place to travel and very convenient

My wife and I spent 5 days in the unit. Close to beach, bike paths and golf courses. We had a maintenance issue come up and LSI handled it immediately. Great place to stay.

The accommodations were as advertised. Everything was clean and all questions were answered. The location is beautiful and private for a condo. The pool was lovely and accessible, and the beach was a short, enjoyable walk. Grocery stores, shopping, mini golf, restaurants and gas stations were all within a few miles. I would stay again.

We loved this place, and you can't beat the location! We had planned a stay directly on the beach without a kitchen for over $4K, but this place popped up, and we loved every second of it for far less than half the price! We enjoyed the walk to the beach daily and loved having this comfortable home to retreat to when the day was done. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed to make a fabulous shrimp boil and everything else our hearts desired! Perfect! Thank you!

BOOK IT! It doesn't get better than this. The condo was more than what we expected based on the descriptions. We loved having a separate sleeping space from our son. He loved it more. We has access to everything we thought we could've needed in the kitchen. EVERYTHING! We also had access to local cable and popular streaming services during our down time. The condo is steps away from the beach and boasts many nearby biking trails. If you're heading to Hilton Head, this is an ideal location. Close to everything from shopping to eating to the beach. Managers were a text message away when we needed them. BOOK IT!
