Tennis Villa B16 - Easy Walk to Beach Toggle favorite

Enjoyed our short stay. Host was very responsive. Love the cozy place. Would stay there again.

We stay here every year and will continue to be our annual beach trip!

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Lots of room in the condo, close walk to the beach, pool, playground and pickleball courts. There were a lot of activities going on at the villas. very happy with our stay.

The apartment is a steal with proximity to the beach and the community is nice. No surprises with the stay based on description and reviews.

Great stay! Condo what was clean and spacious. It is about a 6 to 8 minute walk to the beach, we knew that going into it, but it didn’t bother us at all. You can park closer to the beach entrances. We would stay again!!

We decided to get away the same day and were able to book here hours before arriving.
Nice place, private entrance and quick little walk to beach.
Pool people aren’t friendly but other than that we would stay again..

The condo was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the proximity to the pool and beach. The location on the island is great too. It is just a short drive to local restaurants and Caligny Beach. I would definitely recommend this condo and rental company.

I would rent this unit again perfect for our family Vacay! I loved how clean it was ! Our family had a wonderful time wish we could have stayed longer!
The remotes weren’t working, but a quick trip to Walmarts and we put new batteries in them. I didn’t t complain to the host because that can happen anywhere and so we replaced all the batteries and left them for the host and next guest.
The unit is very clean well furnished and everything is perfect! I would stay here again! I highly recommend it! My biggest problem is I never want to leave the beach and have my Vacay be over!!

Was a nice place for the price, walls are really thin it sounded like neighbors were moving furniture and chairs all night long and a maintenance man entered the villa unannounced to change and air filter right after we showered so we barely had our clothes on, I thought that was a bit creepy but other than that everything was good.

So easy and nice and amazing location. Would definitely do it again.

The beach was a little bit further than then pictures. On a really hot day you may want to drive over to one of the other units closer to the pool.

I had a few questions during our stay and the communication was prompt and responsive. The unit was very clean. It was nice that they had beach chairs available in the unit and toys if you had children with on your stay.

This was an amazing place to stay! It was a cute little villa to spend a girls weekend. The villa was well equipped for anything you may need for your beach stay. Also, the communication from the owners was fantastic. I always felt at ease with asking them for anything and they answer your questions in a timely manner! Highly recommend this villa for your next Hilton Head vacation!

This apartment is not beach front, you have to cross several parking lots to get to the pool and beach. I was disappointed, expected to be in one of the large beach front buildings, but it was located near the street.

Beach access is fine, the pool was overcrowded and there was always loud music.

Apartment was clean and well stocked. Unfortunately, we had very noisy upstairs neighbors, they had several kids running back and forth all evening.

Decent stay, about an 8 minute walk to the beach.

This was a great size for our family vacation. If you come with small children, I recommend driving and parking closer to the pool/beach. We had no problems finding a spot. Laundry is in the tennis pro shop, ask for a map when you check in so you can find it. It takes quarters but there is a change machine in the laundry room.

This was our second time going to HHB&T. We love the location and how the pool is right be the ocean. We usually spent time at the ocean then went to the pool.

Basic supplies are provided, but I’d bring your own dish soap/cooking spray/coffee filters/trash bags/possibly toilet paper. We did a Kroger pickup order to be ready the evening we got to HH. Kroger is close by.

The resort is near lots of restaurants, the resort is very clean. We would stay here again.

I would recommend this place very much! Extremely clean and awesome location and the communication was very accomodating as well!

We had such a great time. The unit was perfect for our family of 6. Plenty of room. Lots to do for a family. Beach, pool, restaurants, pool activities, bikes, playground. We also saw people playing basketball and tennis. Such a great vacation with lots of memories.

Everything was super easy from check in to navigating the resort. Our condo was exactly as pictured. The lack of laundry accessibility is challenging but we made it work! Would stay again.

Great place! Very clean and cool . Never have to leave the resort if you don’t want to. Plenty of things to do places to eat and the resort has activities every day for the kids.

We had a blast with our toddlers. Beach is few steps away. Apartment is beautiful and plenty of space. We are coming back for sure. I would definitely recommend.

The location for the beach was amazing, however the communication was not good at all. It was hard to reach out to the owner when addressing cleanliness concerns as well as parking issues. The beds had sand in them before arrival and the sofa bed was missing sheets before check-in. Essentially had to pay for a parking pass that was not even used because the staff could not respond in an appropriate manner.

We had a great time. Unit was remarkably clean. Has everything you need for a relaxing stay. We loved the huge pool,playground and quick walk to beach. Great place for families!

It is really close to the beach and the pool And whenever somebody order food you'll have to walk to the front secured entrance

The condo was beautiful! It was only a few minutes away from the ocean/pool/food which was perfect because then you only have to leave the condo grounds if you want to. I wish we would have stayed longer!

Nice little condo in Hilton Head. Beach is nice. Pool is huge. Didn’t get to enjoy the beach bar because it wasn’t open when we were there but it looked great! Host was very communicative and accommodating. The place was clean and we had everything we needed!

Condo was clean & stocked sufficiently for the duration of our stay. Restaurants & shopping were minutes away by car.

Good location. Beach and pool were nice! Very clean place. The showers had great water pressure. The refrigerator never cooled to a good level to keep food or drink. (Other than that everything else was perfect!)

Apartment style lodging. You have to take trash to an outdoor dumpster before checkout. Front desk is nice.

Amazing location, close to everything on the island. Great host and check in was very simple. Plenty of things to do on resort and right next to the beach. Space is large enough for 4 adults and not crowded. Would highly recommend!

I Visited Hilton Heads with my immediate family.. 17 year twins and husband.. We love our rental, it was everything we needed.. with all the amenities . , Even board games.. . A shirt walk to the. each, the weather was just O..k.. but we rode bikes and sat bye the pool and had beautiful cocktails.,, they even make virgin drinks for the twins.❤ . My host was great, i had left my check in and entrance info.. She responded a.s.a.p.. we where in our unit in 5mins, instructions where sent to me. Which made things easy

Very nice little condo! Not a far walk to the beach.

Location is good. The beach is nice, restaurant right near the beach is great and having multiple restaurants, tennis courts, and playground on property is great. Walls were a little thin, you can hear people going up stairs or people walking around on different floors and for some reason it seems people like to hang out in the areas outside the door. Neighbors literally brought chairs right outside your front door and sit there to talk every night. Would have loved coffee/filters for coffee maker.

This was a great space for a great value! Very close walk to the beach and near Publix and several other great restaurants.
