Seaside Villa 207 - Ocean Front with Balcony Toggle favorite

So, the unit has been renovated and has a nice bathroom & comfy bed.

Overall we had a good stay. We’re very simple when it comes to our beach trips - we just spend all day on the beach and may have a meal out. The condo has an incredible location for very easy beach access and also walkable to restaurants and shops. There were only 2 issues - there was a cockroach in the bathroom on our last night and the beach chair that I took down to the beach was broken. Thankfully we also brought our own beach chairs so the broken one wasn’t a huge deal. One last note - the kitchenette is very very tight. We were hoping to cook at least one meal but ended up eating out every night just due to how cramped the cooking area was. Overall, would stay again but was expecting a bit more for what we paid.

Location is perfect. It’s walkable to Coligny Plaza and has a convenient beach access with a place to hose off sand. It lists gym as an amenity, which is true, but the gym is not onsite. HHI has free public gyms with community pools. My niece and I were very comfortable. The shower is great. It’s quiet at night, which is a testament that their quiet hours are working. We would totally stay here again.

The location was perfect. Building has an elevator which was quiet handy with beach cart. Easy access to the beach from the rental.

Very walkable to near by cafe, restaurants, and more.

LOVED the shower. It has a waterfall shower head and a handheld nozzle.

It was nice that the door had a keypad code, so we didn’t have to keep up with a key the whole trip.

Highly recommend if you are just using it to sleep and snack with a few people!

Nice little place. Great location. Easy access. Nice view. The only issue we had was the bed is right by the front door and if you are a light sleeper you will hear every person walk by outside.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay in the condo for a quick beach trip. Condo was perfect size for us, very clean and comfy, and only a minute or two walk to the beach. Beautiful, clean beach was not crowded and we spotted lots of dolphins. Easy 5 min walk to shopping a d restaurants too.

Could never get TV to work. Didn’t want to bother the host or call Spectrum. Otherwise place was nice, bed comfortable.

The location of this rental can’t be beat. Walkable to Coligny Plaza, great beach access, and easy to get to from interstate. The apartment itself is SMALL but accurately depicted in the pictures. I could not imagine more than 2 adults fitting comfortably in this unit. Check in process was interesting as the fob that was supposed to be left in the lockbox was not there. We waited around 45 minutes before we could check in to the room and from reading other reviews this is a common occurrence. Be aware that the kitchen has no cooking essentials (salt, pepper, oil, aluminum foil) so bring your own if you plan to cook at all. The location is the real reason to stay here but if you are looking for a luxury stay, this is not that.

Great location, room, and customer service.

As soon as you walk in the door to the unit the bed is right there, it’s not in its own room. Once you keep walking the kitchen area and pull out couch are right there. Not a super big deal if you’re parents staying with kids but it was a little awkward for the group of guys and girls we had there. The unit was fairly clean besides a used Q-tip that we found on the windowsill which makes me think that they aren’t cleaning every surface between each guest just the most busy surfaces like counters. The TVs and the Wi-Fi both did not work while we were there. I tried to contact the host but they left it to be our responsibility to call spectrum and troubleshoot. I understand there is not much that the hosts can do from afar but sitting on the phone with spectrum trying to handle the Internet was not what I wanted to do on my relaxing vacation. Overall 3/5 stars.

Great location, and pictures match the actual unit exactly. Very easy, quick walk to Coligny Plaza! Had some issues with checking in, trying to get the gate fob, but the company was able to resolve it the next day.

This is a much smaller space than I thought. It is not a 1 bedroom as there is no door separating spaces. The pull out couch badly needs replaced. The outdoor furniture on the balcony is not comfortable at all. Rusting Metal tall top not meant for comfortable viewing of the ocean. Look at the pictures on the listing really close as the use of mirrors is primo. You have to side step to get around the one side of the bed. The furniture is just not appointed well at all. Outdated. The pool closes at SUNSET. The keypads for the door entry and beach entry were not always working. The best part was that it was clean, the mattress was good & the location. I expected more for what I paid. We will not be back.

The villa was a perfect size for my friend and I. The view was wonderful and we got to wake up to see the ocean every morning. Bed was comfortable. Shower was a bit small but the villa over all was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again! When we had a bit of trouble getting the key fob and parking pass, LSI (Toni) was quick to call me back and the issue was resolved quickly. I would definitely give them 5 stars even with the slight hiccup at the beginning.

place was great - one king sized bed and a pull-out, great water view. i accidentally showed up early and they were extremely accommodating.

only advice to visitors is to just fly direct to HH!

Absolutely loved the location and being able to see the ocean from the balcony was so amazing! Very clean and was in the middle of just about anything you need for your stay! Would definitely come back!

We loved the spot! You can not beat the location/price for this condo! Our first time in Hilton Head and already can not wait to be back. Check in/out and all things related were super simple.

We enjoyed our stay! Check in was a little confusing as it was difficult to find the office suite to pick up the key due to building renovations, which we weren’t aware of. We had to pick up our parking pass and key FOB from the office which was about 15 minutes from the actual unit. Location was great! Less than 5 minutes to the beach and an easy bike ride or walk to Coligny Plaza. We had access to public beach chairs, but they were pretty grimy if not already taken up by other people once we got to the beach. Recommend bringing your own! Parking was accessible which was nice. Upon arrival, the shower head was broken and the handle to the sliding door was loose. Other than that the unit had everything we needed for my husband and me. Overall, the place was clean and location was convenient!

Awesome stay, a little smaller than expected and had a old person home smell but other than that stay was great! We bought candles to mask the smell which made all the difference! Direct access to beach and not far from stores and restaurants! Would definitely do it again, but next time find one facing the beach.

My two cousins and I just stayed here this past week and had a wonderful experience! The location was perfect- practically on the beach, and we were only a few minutes of a walk to the downtown area plus bike rental shops. (Highly recommend renting a bike while here!) will definitely be staying here again!!

This unit was in a great location near Coligany Plaza and Beach park. The unit has direct access to the beach and was convenient to make trips back and forth. We found a few beach chairs and an umbrella in the closet to use. The keypad lock was tricky and did not always work well... this could easily be fixed though. There is closet space for luggage and clothing, but not much kitchen space (no empty cabinets to store food or supplies). It was nice to have the stovetop and large fridge for meals. A short bike ride to get to Coligany Plaza!

There is not an oven, if your planning to do any kind of cooking that would require one. The condo had else we needed.

Balcony view of the water, but not directly ocean front. Only a short walk to the beach though and VERY clean! Kitchen does not have an oven, but easy to use stovetop and microwave. Villas are close distance to Bike Rentals, shopping, and restaurants.

The room is almost the last one in the building, so the farthest from the beach. When we went out on the balcony we never heard the beach over the cars on the road. Pros its right by the elevator. Theres not an oven and the closests are also used as storage for empty boxes of items that they have purchased for the room. Overall its a nice place it woul have been nice to listen to the ocean from the balcony.
