Tennis Villa F20 - Close to Beach Toggle favorite

Great place for a quick getaway or long stay !!

I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a relaxing getaway that is close to the ocean. The villa was very clean and updated. It looked just like the pictures. Parking was easy and close to the villa. The beach was not crowded and was kept clean.

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit! The location was walkable to both the pool and beach as well as several restaurants at the resort. The unit was clean and well maintained. There were plenty of towels and cooking necessities provided and we did not need anything extra during our stay. The TV’s in each room were the best! And the master bedroom has the comfiest bed we’ve ever slept on. The hosts were responsive and we were well prepared thanks to their detailed check in instructions. Check in was a breeze and the unit was easy to find.

The *only* downside is this is a 3rd floor unit with no elevator. We brought two small kids on this trip and in the middle of the day it was so hot and exhausting to trek up 3 flights of stairs. I wish that would have been mentioned in the listing. But otherwise perfect! We would definitely stay again if we visit again.

Unit was nice, unpdates, and exceptionally clean. Host was quick with a reaponse to a question.

Odd that a beach place does not provide beach towels. They did however have 4 beach chairs and a wagon. some of the unit was in need of repair ( floor boards, broom, and dressers. )
It was clean, and well kept. There were plenty of bath towels and cooking supplies.

Perfect. Perfect. Perfect. Everything about this place was perfect. Close to everything, the beach was beautiful and not over crowded and the pool was huge! Will definitely come back!

It was absolutely beautiful and very clean! The host were very fast at communicating, and made everything super easy with check in and out! Definitely would recommend booking with them.

Very nice villa!

We love this resort and have stayed in a different condo building before. It’s a great location with so many conveniences on site. The condo had a well stocked kitchen for preparing meals. We saw 3 small cockroaches within the kitchen/dining room areas the first couple days. It’s understandable that bugs get in. There was one more the morning we were leaving that was crawling up the wall from behind the headboard in the master bedroom. That one did give us a little hibbie jibbies since that’s where we were sleeping.

The condo was pretty clean when we checked in. The master bathroom did have several hairs on the floor, but the rest of the space was clean. Again, we love this community as a whole. The walk to the beach and pool is reasonable. There were beach chairs provided by the host, though we did not use them since we brought our own. We would stay again.

What a great location for a family vacation. They had everything we needed for a wonderful week. The kids loved the pool and all the activities. We loved how conveniently located everything was. Would recommend!

Overall a wonderful place. It’s as advertised and only a short walk to the beach. Our favorites were the quick and friendly communication, the comfortable beds and its proximity to the beach.

Great condo for a family vacation! Three minute walk to the beach, large pool, and plenty of amenities (restaurants on site, etc.). There were beach chairs provided as well as a wagon for hauling everything you need. We left behind a beach umbrella and toys for future renters, as well. We would definitely book again!

Exactly as advertised.

If possible I would have given 4.5 stars! Check in was easy, we loved playing tennis, pickle ball, the pool and the beach. The couch bed was new and my teenage boys (we have four kids, so two of our kids slept in the twin beds and two on the couch bed.)slept just fine on it with no complaints.
The only thing that dropped it in stars was the stove top. It is the really old coil kind and the coils wouldn’t lie flat to cook on so the pots and pans we used would be at an angle and that made it a little difficult. And a little issue with the fridge (but I am sure they will fix that). Besides that it was great! We would stay there again if in the area.
