Access to this level is by either a narrow indoor spiral staircase or a standard outdoor staircase from the exterior. Guests with mobility considerations or very young children often find the outdoor staircase to be the more comfortable route.
The lower level includes two additional bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a laundry room, and a bonus room with a trundle bed, providing flexible sleeping space for families or groups.
