It has an open floor plan with quartz counter-tops, all new stainless appliances, tiled flooring in living area. Washer & Dryer in the villa, All new furniture with charging outlets. Renovated ensuite with a beautiful walk-in shower with a rain shower head and hand held. The villa has a King bed in the main bedroom, a full and twin in the other bedroom, and sleeps 5. It comfortably sleeps 5 people and is located on the 2nd floor. Right outside of this villa you will find gas grills, bike racks, and playground. This is one you will want to book year after year.

Oceanside Properties is located on Hilton Head Island. Guest services are just a call away and you can contact us 24/7 with any questions or concerns.
The nearest beach is Folly Field Beach with features rest rooms and a shower for getting the sand off.
The island contains many world class golf courses as well as countless local seafood restaurants, bike rentals to enjoy over 150 miles of biking trails. Many things are happening on the island at any given point of the year. There are lots of fireworks and other family-oriented events that occur during the summer months.
There are 50 miles of bike trails on Hilton Head Island. Bike rentals and bike riding is very popular. There is a trolley that runs on the island during the summer and The Breeze bus public transportation stops in the neighborhood in addition to traveling by car.

No parking fees at Fiddlers Cover. Any additional fees must be paid in full within 24 hours of booking or the reservation will be canceled.
Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.
